I guessed that Jerry didn't die because he apologized to Chang Ho and promised to explain more to him later, he would not have done & said what he did just to kill himself. Glad to see it confirmed in the episode 9 preview :D.

So far it is definitely worth the watch, I would definitely recommend starting it now while it is ongoing as the wait between episodes make it more thrilling rather than waiting for it to be completed and possibly facing spoilers.

I agree, and even if we ignore the medical stand points. The lost time makes this theory more improbable- like wouldn't Mi Ho & others notice him missing during the time he is Big Mouse. Also Chang Ho would have gaps of lost time- wouldn't he be curious as to what took place during those time?
The theory of him having DID and being Big Mouse is interesting but it would leave quite a few plot holes that need to be explained. I know shows sometimes don't care about the "logical standpoint" so if they chose this route I am curious to see how they would execute it and explain it.

He said he chose Chang Ho because he had a low success rate. The VIPs told him to find someone like Chang Ho, the VIP already prepared their case & bribed all the necessary parties needed to get out, so they wanted someone who would just listen and do whatever they tell them to without question (a lawyer with low success rate might do anything for the opportunity to improve their image).

Ngl in the beginning I though she had moments of intelligence (like how to took pictures of the computer before he rounds, how she & the dad caught the Mayors assistant who was following her & how she handled JiHoon and noticed the sketchy behaviour at the hospital). However, her irrationality and impulsiveness destroyed any credibility she had for me. She never thinks through the consequences of her actions, she is so publicly loud about everything she is doing. Also I don't understand why she keeps telling the Mayor everything especially when she suspects his wifes involvement. Like does she not think he might try to protect his wife is she is involved?!?

It also possible that Big Mouse placed some of the gold & drugs there (we know that's not all because in the beginning of ep1 we saw all the gold being buried, so what was in the office was just a small portion). (Its not difficult to hide something in the ceiling as is evident in past kdrama) It is possible that everything was hidden there during the chaos of his accident and hospitalization (I know the time frame isn't the most realistic but that has never stopped TV/Kdrama before). Big Mouse could have chosen to frame him because he was involved in the as the lawyer in the VIP's case. Chang Ho suspected as Big Mouse would make the perfect distraction for the real Big Mouse to ensure JiHoon & the VIP's never find out who he is because they would be hunting BM down for the +100 billion BM scammed from them. I don't personally believe this theory is the case but I do think it is a possibility.

I think it is also a possibility that he is just a scammer in prison but the real Big Mouse or whoever works for him in the prison is setting Jerry up to be a suspect (as Big Mouse or one of his lackeys) to distract Chang Ho from his investigation into the real identity of Big Mouse.

Many people think that Jerry might be Big Mouse and when they first introduced him, he was one of my prime suspects. However, it feels way too early for a reveal (and when they seem to imply who Big Mouse is in a trailer they then almost write off the possibility in the next episode). So, at this point I am more inclined to believe that he might work for Big Mouse or it is possible that they are setting him up to look that way to distract Chang Ho from his investigation on the true identity of Big Mouse.

I do think Big Mouse might be someone in the prison or that he has spies/workers inside (maybe Jerry or the room leader) because someone needs to be leaving those cards.

Mi Ho's Father could also be Big Mouse. It would explain how everything was hidden inside the walls and ceilings of the office without anyone finding out. He was a police officer/detective & works as a law office manager so he would know how to work around the law. His past as a police officer/detective would explain his connection to prisoners that he could be using to communicate with Chang Ho as Big Mouse.

I think at the end of episode 3 or so someone posted a comment talking about how Chang Ho keeps "breaking the fourth wall" (by how he looks directly into the camera and sometimes speaks. That's usually done to show that character knows we are watching (the audience). They said that creates the possibility that Chang Ho is Big Mouse but acts like he isnt even when he is alone because he knows we are watching. And while i don't know that this is what is taking place in the show. It is really interesting to look at the show from that view. At the end of the latest episode (ep6) the camera pans in again and he stares directly into it ("breaking the 4th wall") and says, "You all got fooled, you stupid idiot" (or something along those lines). If he is "breaking the 4th wall, he could be talking to the audience as well sayin g even we are falling for his tricks. While I don't think this is the case, it does make for a very interesting possibility ;D.

PCH did mention he is now working with Big Mouse and they are communicating even though he doesn't know who BM is so that is one possibility. A second could be that PCH paid off the warden or someone else to send the flowers.

I just finished watching episode four and once again it was a great watch. Each episode leaves me reeling over who could be Big Mouse (you can look at earlier comments for my first theories). After re-watching ep3 and seeing ep4 I am becoming more convinced that Big Mouse is someone in the jail or at least controlling someone in there- my thoughts are falling onto Jerry. There is a possibility of Jerry being Big Mouse (sometimes he makes some very sus facial expressions), I theorize that Jerry might have framed Chang Ho when he found out he was placed onto the case of the VIPs. This may have been done so their focus is fixed on Chang Ho to prevent them from focusing on finding the real Big Mouse, he has also positioned himself close to Chang Ho maybe to keep a close eye on the situation to maintain his cover?

On the other hand watching Chang Ho and how he is handing himself makes me wonder if he is Big Mouse. I believe we will be closer to answering this possibility in the next episode when we hear if he gives the names to Gong Ji or how he choses to handle that. Sometimes I wonder if he really is Big Mouse and has hidden this fact to protect his Mi Ho- he did promise to look after her and this was his way of making money to give her the life she deserves. Discovering the stash in his office may have been coincidental as they searched for drugs when he was framed for drug use by Gong Ji. This theory could mean he isn't being framed as Big Mouse but was unintentionally revealed, idk ;D ?

The preview of episode 5 seems to be implying that Chang Ho is moving into more extreme actions and might be Big Mouse. However, because that will be in episode 5 it is casting more doubt. The series is 16 episodes and a reveal (even implied) feels too soon to me but this show is so good there is so many potential directions to take this- maybe they will go for an earlier reveal. I guess I will make judgement after seeing the episode.

I know Chang Ho has broken the fourth wall, at this point I'm wondering if it is being done because he is trying to communicate something to the audience & will the show take this further (for example: where he is monologuing outside of his own thoughts). Or will they have him break the fourth wall by staring at the camera, etc just for dramatic effect and not address is further.

I just watched episode 3, so far I'm loving this drama. Chang Ho & Mi Ho's love for each other is portrayed so well. I keep suspecting a new person of being Big Mouse so often just to wipe them off the slate 10 minutes later :D. It is really interesting watching Chang Ho in prison as he is building himself up to protect Mi Ho, honestly it seems to go so well that it leaves you questioning him. I think at this point we can safely assume that the mayor, the 3 VIP in prison & Gong Ji are not Big Mouse. Hyun Joo(hospital director) is a potential suspect for big mouse (however, i wont be betting any money on her just yet). Sometimes I wonder if finding Big Mouse stash in Chang Ho's office could have been a coincidence- Chang Ho was being investigated because he was framed for drug use & finding the stash could have been an accidental result of this. This could point to Chang Ho or Mi Ho being Big Mouse- At this point I don't yet believe this is the case but we'll see moving forward. It would be funny if Chang Ho & Mi Ho turn out to be a team that is Big Mouse & were forced now to put on this charade because the stash was found when investing CH for the drugs. Another fun theory was that Jerry could be Big Mouse- I do know one thing, I'd like to see Jerry stay alive. The wounds from his death in Vincenzo is still fresh *cries in heartbreak*, he's giving a similar energy her fanboying over Big Mouse so I don't want to see him die again. Honestly, this show has so much potential to go a number of ways, we'll just need to see as the series progresses.

I am loving this theory. It does make sense to an extent and would make a great plot twist later. However, this is not a theme commonly used (to my knowledge) in more 'serious' kdrama. I have seen "breaking the fourth wall" more often for comedic relief, so if they have decided to take this route, it's going to make for a very interesting watch.
