Exactly my thought. I have always like Guli Nazha (she is so pretty) but this character Yuan Lai is just so fickle minded i want to slap her most of the time while watching lol There are so much unnecessary drama from side characters prolonging this boring story that i don't want bother anymore. I just finish it for the sake of finishing it since i have already watch half way. What a waste.

Yes definitely one of the best one in my list. Plus both their friendship on and off camera is great. I watched their bts and they keep fighting with each other like small kids are so cute ❤️

Am i the only one waiting for the last two episodes to be release? Episode 29-30 should have been release on Monday and usually eng sub is available on Tuesday. The raw is not even available at this moment. What happen in Korea?

So this basically have novel, manhwa, animation (donghua), audio drama and drama adaptations? Drama is the first thing i come across so i didn't know about the story before this. Anyone mind to tell me if it ended? I search for the manhwa and it is still ongoing. The donghua have a season 2 coming soon so it hasn't end either. Then how about the novel? The chapters are quite messy from what i saw. Audio drama? Is it censored btw for audio drama? From the comments stated, most of the BL are censored in donghua and manhwa (obviously drama too), only the novel will be original?

Too much on my plate now haha but previously i watch the 2010 version is because of the cast and personally not really a fan of Sophie

So far i really like this series. Usually i wait till it finish before i starts it but this one i can't wait just because of Leo haha and for now i quite like it. The story is interesting and progress quite fast. Hopefully it won't disappoint me later on but i won't put high expectations lol
Plus i really like FL being smart and not the weak and naive, innocent (stupid) type.

Ikr. I like him a lot in AOL and he is an emperor here too so similar to his character Runyu. Even the costume design is quite similar.

After reading the reviews and comments i find it interesting that a lot of us think alike. Maybe is a drama fanatic thing haha I keep nodding my head and agreeing to most of us here and i am just like yeah exactly what i was thinking and feeling. Thumbs up to us that love this drama despite all the cons stated and i am totally in love with Bai Lu and Xu Kai. Bai Lu officially becomes one of my favourite actress.

Can anyone spoil me on how this end? Lol i watched the 2010's one and i like it but by reading the reviews for this 2018 remade, i don't feel like watching it anymore. Just curious on who she end up with cause i was quite surprise with the 2010 version when i watch it last time so i just wonder if this have the same ending. Thanks in advance!
