All the females in this drama are utterly plain-janes and there's nothing wrong with that but let's not make them out to be superstars/models here.. LOL

There's ONE thing that is FLAWED in this marriage..She is NOT known by her husband name or addresses as such at all..She is NOT known or addresses as her husband wife..What I mean is, LCZ followers etc doesn't address her as Master's Wife or being more tech about it.. Li Furen/wife..Even to LCQ own ppl, she is known and addressed by her OWN last name/name only..
Even to the outside world, it's the same thing and that I could excuse as them NOT knowing; but they should at least KNOW LCZ is married; be it they address her as such is no matter since too them, LCZ ppl are the Villain..So no respect for them but for his own ppl to not even show respect is odd unless the two aren't married at all..

Sure.. You could call it that; but if she isn't his wife and that it's listed as such in MDL or whatever Chinee forum/site; one would've never guess the two were a married couple..
I'm sure EVERYONE who's seen Chinese drama with A HANDSOME/COOL/Great martial arts skill man etc, always has a FEMALE FOLLOWER, who's always beside her master; and the whole female devoting her whole self to him and it's just SEEN and CLICHE and done too death..The wife here is literally no different then a servant if she wasn't the Wife..It's the same in every Master/female follower and 9/10 times, the love/devotion is wasted and never reciprocated..
