As much as I hate to admit it I agree that everything is happening so fast!! I absolutely love this drama but I wished it wasn't cut short!!! I feel like if it had proper 16 episodes it would be so much more beautiful because even with episodes cut short and it being too fast paced it's freaking beautiful.....

It started off slow, didn't think I would enjoy it or even complete it. But boy was I wrong.... As I watched more episodes I fell in love with it. I especially love all the 1930s scenes. I was crying my eyes out on 15th and 16th episode like it fucking tore my heart apart even though the show has an happy ending but the 'past' was too heartbreaking, every death seemed so hard to watch!
But the 3 BEST things about this drama was
1) The OST (It was fucking BEAUTIFUL)
2) The BROMANCE (So ADORABLE)
3) Yoo Ah In's 1930s look (Don't even get me started on it!! He looked so fucking HOT!! I couldn't stop fangirling every time the 'past' scenes were on screen)

BONUS: 'THE' kiss scene (sooo good)

I feel like this season was really good but the 1st season was AMAZING. It was 20 episodes long +1 special episode so they had a lot of time to develop the characters and by the end of the drama you would feel connected to those characters. This season was only 16 episodes so it felt rushed by the end.

But... Protect Dr. Yoon Ah Reum and Nurse EunTak at all cost!!!!
I loved their chemistry so much!!!!!

You don't have to watch the 1st season. There might be minor things that relate to the 1st season but overall it is not important.
I personally would recommend to watch the 1st season but it is up to you!!
