I liked Fangs of Fortune, but I did not cry anywhere near how much I cried watching this show. I honestly don’t remember if I cried at all from FOF. But I just finished this and I was like OK this was a very emotional one!
Was so worried after reading ppl didn’t like the ending. I had no idea what to expect. But it was good. I found the show entertaining. I just finished it and am processing. But I liked the show. I was waiting every day to watch the next episode. Yan An is so handsome. He makes a perfect prince. Congrats on your MML. I liked when things were realistic and also when they were so chaotic! I liked a lot of the cast and characters. I am so glad for the ring scene. That was great. Too bad there are only 30 episodes. I’d definelty watch another season! Hope the cast is celebrating and ignoring the criticism. It’s easier to focus on the bad than the good. Lot’s of people have enjoyed the show! Happy Finale Day!

I just don’t know how they could possibly get the exact same outfits on the other girl every time. Did they only send certain dresses with her so they just had all the same ones made and ALL the same jewelry? cus she even gets new jewelry. i know she tried to steal a hair pin once. First there is the house meeting, then the street fair, then the palace and the palace again.
They could have servants/ppl looking out for what she is wearing when she leaves but to get her hair and details the same is crazy.
I would have homemade tailored outfits and crazy & unique hairstyles and makeup any time I left the house to make it harder to copy! lol
and Guess and some families . I have a sister who’s like this and she doesn’t have an origin story nothing bad happened to her growing up. She’s just crazy. Interestingly, she did put her own daughter into an institution, but not herself. where I would go over my best friend’s house her sister was like as it would scream all the time and half fits and tantrums and she was older than she was in high school. She was absolutely f crazy. My Friend would just come home from school walk in the door and then she would start screaming at her and end up brawling. If she had servants, I’m sure she would’ve done things like that to them.
Which family are you talking about? The Lu family only has the son who is recovering from a coma & almost dying. They already said his uncle is disabled. But the ML is a military guy.
Wei family has one uncle who they all call useless.

I loved it. It was confusing at first because you have to learn all the clans and figure out who is who. The flash back I think I would tell someone to watch the flashback then the first few then back to the where it left off. I ended up rewatching the first 3-4 right away because I didn’t know who anyone was the first time so I couldn’t appreciate those episodes then. I wish they had been allowed more of the book in it but I still enjoyed it and would watch it again.

I don’t see the chemistry ppl are talking about. She looks like a teenager with a grown man. He seems more like her big brother. I find her character so annoying. The Li siblings are terrible people. I love the crown princess. HMH’s character is good and the only reason to watch IMO.
I don’t get it when is the last episode being unlocked? Is Iqiyi really going to make me pay for 1 episode? I already have a subscription but not VIP. I thought it would unlock by now.

I agree. I also don’t think she would take out someone she cared about all to protect her brother from what? Someone on his side. I don’t like anything about them. I am at ep 27 and still don’t like them at all.
