First go: felt just ok, average standalone/unrelated stories n my rating is 7.
When u watch these in reverse order 8th story to first : OmG, they r all connected, there is a flow to all the stories and it makes sense !! What a creative idea of editing! My rating is 8

The Indian Remake of this - "Hello brother" (1994) was a Smash Hit n for which the director had improved the comedy levels with nativity n few other plot changes. So it's A evergreen hit comedy forever ! :) n one of my all time favs!! :)
It is good to know that was loosely based on this, a Jackie's movie n loved this too :)
This is just a Classic, Forever Iconic!! A Good Mix of Kung fu action + comedy.
(Sometimes it's looks silly, feels like a parody to kung fu action/martial arts genre , exaggerating the stunts, mocking themselves 😂 But at the same time, serious enough!)
I don't remember how many times I had watched this movie n yet I love to rewatch this! :)
I have known Stephen Chow only as a Kung fu movie artist /director but it's good to see him in a different genre - Comedy! And top of it, this is my first time seeing him so young, almost like a goofy lover boy! :)
This is just a pleasant, easy-going and light movie with just comedy all over.
Watch this, without any expectations of emotional drama or action stunts.

I liked the Prequel series more (a standalone 🤷🏻♀️), it got serious n more scary stories. Watched those at 3AM! 😂
A GOOD MIND BENDING horror sci-fi thriller!
(BTW, I have my own doubts in LOOP, like the LOOP in the PLOT, haha)
First 3 eps cover the horror n next 3, sci-fi plot.
That TRANSITION from horror to sci-fi genre, is VERY SMOOTH !!
It's a psychological thriller.
U can feel that constant fear/tension about how the kids will save themselves from the crazy and survive.
The HOLE finally revealed the WHOLE Truth !! 😂
I loved the Cinematography!
