Stunning first episode. Tul's acting was fantastic but I'm still waiting for Max to bring his A-Game. I'm impressed by how much effort they put into the autopsy scenes. Details will make or break this drama since it is about a murder investigation. Can't wait to watch on.
Aside from Off and Gun, I swear the other 4 characters are the exact opposite of the actor's personalities. Like Singto playing a chef but he can't cook. Krist playing a distrustful loner but he's actually super social. Newwie playing a character that is confrontational and swears left and right is nothing like our soft-spoken polar bear (unless he's arguing with Tay haha). And finally, Tay playing a character that hates the sound of arguments but his ship in RL is called the Tom & Jerry couple because they bicker so much.
I thought I would be more excited about this than I am. I don't think the story is well thought out but maybe…
Uff, I really hope the case is just that the trailer is not well made. It introduced all the characters, but we don't really have a sense for what the plot will be.
I'm so excited for this! The holy trinity all in one place, my BL Kings!! This is tagged as bromance and friendship, but I hope all our couples have extra screen time together! OMG, I cannot stress how excited I am to see all of these people acting together. I mean, Gun and Singto in a scene together? Tay and Krist in a scene together? New and Off? There are so many combinations of interactions we haven't seen yet. I think I'm most definitely excited to see Gun and Singto in the same scene together.
I have so many questions! Will there be OSTs? Who's singing them? Will Tay, Krist, and Singto grace us with their lovely voices? Are New and Gun in a frame together too much cuteness? Or will we see Gun pull out all the bad arse acting chops we saw in The Gifted? Why is September so far away?
I'm officially a big fan of Mild. I loved all three of the main characters together! It's my first time seeing a poly relationship in a drama and I was rooting for all three. Thai series are so good at making characters lovable. It was hard to hate anyone in this drama. Even the people I could hate, I was so impressed by their acting I still couldn't hate them. I'm looking at you Boss John and Mr. Thana. The only thing that irked me was Tay's glasses. P'Tay, please push your glasses up!
I adore this show so so much. OffMild need a series of their own! They are so funny together and make such a refreshing couple. I could watch them bickering for days, haha.
I watched this for OffGun, I still love OffGun, but Pick is an asshole and I hate that Rome puts up with him. The show writers went too far with his asshole side and not enough redemption for a good-guy protagonist. I totally get why so many fanfiction writers write RomexBright. Side note: Off is a great actor and he played Pick brilliantly, but I dislike his character so much.
So disappointed. I've seen bad dramas before. The difference is, these dramas were consistently bad and I knew going in to just treat the drama as a casual watch. 2Gether is a disappointment because it had such a promising start and I thought I would be attached to the characters until the very end.
Sometimes even poorly written dramas can still be salvaged if they are filmed well; but the editing in this drama was HORRIBLE. When I watch dramas, I don't notice things like how a camera will pan during a shot, or how lighting is used to set the mood. Most of the time, I barely notice the OSTs. But this show was SO poorly edited, even an unobservant noob like me could tell that there were poorly executed transitions, wasted screen time for redundant actions, and misplaced or poorly timed flashbacks. The lack of transitions reads like a YouTube compilation video.
Urgh, why release the trailer an entire year before the drama airs? I'm so looking forward to watching this but also in shock it won't air until December 2020!
