for me 10/10 on both parts. This drama set the standard for 2025 in China cultural history. It has been praised overseas internationally and even turned into a play in Britain. Won some magnolia awards, the lead actress nominated for the same award for her role. The leads and cast etc has all won awards. So many Chinese celebrities big names were guled to watching this. Even supported it. It was the standard of Tang dynasty dramas. I know you asked about the storyline but since she gave that. I wanted to just tell you how this drama is steady breaking records and being cerfied as a Chinese historical movement. it’s even inside Chinese text books. So if you chose to watch it an have Weibo you can see the rest of its achievements from the drama to after the drama.

Well completed and my initial rating will stay the same. This storyline was wasn’t what I was expecting. If anything I like Cui Shi, Zhang Jin Ran, Yan Zi Jing, and the Yue Yun characters storyline more. I also loved the convey group before they murdered them. Such a waste of potential considering Rosy and Liu Yuning reunited for this drama. I much prefer their chemistry in the long ballad than here. Here, it felt off and not believable. She had better chemistry with the SML. Than him.

Could I have kept this comment to myself? yes, but this is free willed and freedom of speech is acceptable. So I wish ML success with this role but I will not be watching.
