it’s not fair criticism it’s called trying to be a weirdo online hiding behind a keyboard. that’s what it’s called. you clearly and obviously hate her and her dramas. stop watching them. stop engaging in discussion on a page that has mostly her fans. you don’t see any other actors/ actress fans upset or downing this drama. you just sound mad stupid. good day

I’m curious what was the point in this comment? So you claim nobody is watching for her but on Weibo that’s not the case. Yes, few will not like her and that’s fine. But this comment was unnecessary. You’re literally belittling the actress and the hard work she put into this drama. Its ok to watch the ML solely I love both actors. Crazy how I’m just now becoming a truly die hard Esther Yu fan after many years not watching most of her dramas. But if I can see her growth than that tells me she’s grown as a actress. So again what was the point of this comment? To bash her? to down play her ability as an actress? what? I’m generally curious.

same I rather have four episodes since I can smell the angst coming. 😭 plus I’m watching a few other dramas as well.

if you don’t like it you can stop watching it. it doesn’t matter if you have free will to watch what you want to or not. I don’t constantly comment or downvote, downgrade a drama I don’t like. I simply leave.

I have finally died. 😭😭 You all did not lie to me. I’m officially caught up. It is 12:24 as of now. I made it all the way up to current episodes. Omg the kisses were super sweet Thai. This drama is top 3 for best kisses in 2025 for me. I’m really enjoying how they’ve developed the relationship. I felt so bad for our sunbeam Mu when she thought Jin Zhao cheated. I’m looking forward to the rest of the episodes. I decided to go ahead and give this 10 rate and I rated as always each episode the same. Hopefully it stays a 10 in my book. But for now this drama lives up to its name. Everyone has chemistry. Esther has so much chemistry with all the male guys even the background characters. I am a fan of the SFL as I loved her in Flourished Peony an In the name of blossom. She was fearless as a female doctor back in tang who defied her father. But here she’s a total badass. Edgy and completey opposite of her other character this year. I barely recognize her. Which is letting me know I was right to follows her back then. She’s got some good acting chops. I’m looking forward to her future career. Can someone tell me if there’s the calander chart out now? I haven’t seen it on Weibo unless I missed it.

Jiang Mu you crafted girl. I’m on episode 8 now an omg up till now she’s a schemer but in a good way. I love characters like her. Will do whatever it takes to go after what she wants. In this method she wants Jin Zhao. I can’t say I blame her. 😭🥴 I’m also loving her friend Nana. These two are schemers in a good way. It’s also nice to see Mike in another Chinese drama. He was good in Mr. Swimmer as the ML with Kiku. I also loved him in the Wu Xi, My little princess, will be watching my amazing boyfriend next as I see him and Esther has a drama from years ago as couple. Really loving this drama so much. Right now I’m tempted to give it 10 star rating now but I wanna wait since the writing can change. Gosh I hope not so far this is truly the best modern cdrama of 2025.

GOOD GRIEF PEOPLE ENOUGH! Yes I’m typing that in caps. I can’t even engage in conversation with what this drama will bring our couple and how the storyline will be because everything is about her age. Like it’s not changing it. She’s been trending nonstop on the one to watch with other young actresses in China. She’s won some awards and everyone speaks highly of her. This isn’t the first young actress nor will it be the last damn one. I’m Japanese but grew up on dramas with much younger actresses also my Mother watched a very popular drama in America called Little house on the prairie. When a young girl had to kiss and play lovey dovey with a much older man. The actress felt uncomfortable I heard but with this drama there won’t be such issues. If you’re looking for romance Neo has plenty of other amazing dramas with such that. But you’re harping on the same thing won’t change this drama. It’s one of the most looked forward drama of 2026. For those who will say “You can easily ignore or stop commenting the same thing as well.” I would if I could actually enjoy talking about how I can’t wait for this drama.

good that you don’t mind it but I definitely do. it’s a turn off for me when watching dramas. luckily I love the actors and the storyline otherwise I would dropped it. I have done this with my own countryman dramas and Korean plus some other C dramas. Just irks me so badly but anyways see ya off of finished watching.

For me the storyline is good, characters, actors all good. I just have an issue with seeing too many foreigners plaster on my screen. It’s cringy and their movements are also. So that’s my only ick with the drama.

I can tell Weibo has been spoiling me. I’ve tried to steer away from posts about ep.13 but omg 😱 it’s hard. I’m on episode 7. I’m taking my time with this drama and not rushing it. I’m able to appreciate a lot of things but also disliking certain things. All in all, it’s still a good drama. I haven’t enjoyed any big CNET modern day dramas this year so this one for me is cake.

to me they are which is why it’s a ick for me. I hate seeing this in any drama even my own Asian countryman dramas.

Omg I’m on episode five and I love how both of them are alway checking each other out. Especially Jin Zhao he seems to can’t take his eyes off our girl Mu. I can’t blame him. I haven’t even made it to the spicy stuff as others yet but omg the sweetness is just as good. 😊

Yes it is. My Weibo post I made after wards has 40.8k views but the point is. I mentioned about other celebrities who went through this same thing. Asking netizens have we learned not to judge others without actual proof. We know Kiku isn’t in the wrong.
