I know... At the beginning the female lead was supposed to be Park Min Young, which would've been fine - but when I learned it would be her I was so disappointed. I have never disliked an actress so strongly - a character, yes, but never the actor. There's something about her - no idea what - that makes her so disagreeable!

I'm in my Lee Jung Suk phase, I liked I hear Your Voice so much and was so excited when I heard he was taking on a new role... For him I'll give it a try, but I couldn't be less enthusiastic about the female lead (which is, for me, as important as the male lead, if not more because she's the one I relate to...).

well actually I haven't watched a drama in a month or so because I've been busy, and now I really, really, really want to watch a new one... I've actually been hesitating between My Love from Another Star and School 2013... I like romance :) Is My Love from Another Star romantic?

I know this is a really dumb question since I've read allover the place this drama has no romance is it, but how would you convince an exclusively romance drama fan to watch this? I have truly never watched a drama without romance, and never planned to, but I'm a tiny bit tempted by this drama...

oh and I generally dislike school dramas - I didn't like the whole Dream High ambience, for example...

So, what would you say for this drama ^^?

As for my two universities, well it's actually not exactly representative of the French education system, it's pretty rare. I'm a 2nd year student in Art school, but I also really felt like studying Philosophy as well, so I enrolled at the beginning of this school year as a 1st year student in Philosophy. So that means I have two separate, full schedules - both schools are aware of this though, and I also have a friend that does this with me, so together we manage to work it out... It's complicated though!

well I am generally pretty put off by older woman-younger man relationships, and just like you, the main thing that interests me in a drama is the romance... Somehow, though, they worked it out very well in this drama, and it doesn't feel that one is more "mature" (and therefore has more power) than the other... On some levels, he's more mature than her, and his love eventually feels deeper than "puppy" love... They've become one of my favorite couples, despite my initial doubts, and what's pretty great about it, actually, is that they don't focus too much on the age difference problem, so you practically forget it!

it's true that sbs had a pretty impressive year - the most popular 2013 dramas were sbs, when you think about it, like I Hear Your Voice, Master's Sun and Heirs (no matter how criticised that show was, it had really high ratings)... Wow I hadn't realised that, it's actually quite a lot...

haha thanks for accepting :) Yes Reply 1997 and I Hear Your Voice are such unusual dramas, I really love them... I added you because I read some answer you had posted on the I Hear Your Voice page, and thought it was really good.
And yeah, I love Sungkyungwan Scandal, but I honestly can't tell if objectively it's as good as it felt to me, because I read some negative reviews that made sense... But still, I really thought it was great!

Ahh I did like Last Cinderella - completely against my expectations, because the poster and the title screamed DUMB. I thought it was a nice - even surprisingly very good - drama with well developed characters, and I'm glad it won, but maybe it did win a little too much, since it wasn't exactly an earth-shattering drama either...
