A lot of comments seem to say they find it strange that the girlfriend has reported this case only now - I just waned to say one can’t be so rational and clear-cut in such a situation. Imagine how confusing it must be when the man you love suddenly starts beating you, and then shows remorse later (like he does in the texts). Many abused women say they stay with the man that beat them because they miss the times when their partners were actually nice to them. People say “as soon as he beats you, leave him”, and that is the right thing to do, but when you have feelings for somebody, you always think of your situation as unique, and it’s impossible to apply a formula so strictly. But to complicate matters even more, this girl’s boyfriend was a public figure - she must have felt so much pressure! She loved him, or at least had at one point, and she probably knew that reporting him would condemn the rest of his life for good, much more so than a regular man. And this is hallyu, where idols are painted as prefect beings, and things less scandalous than this can ruin a career. It must have been so overwhelming for her to imagine her relationship problems going public, and to be the target of some her boyfriend’s crazy fans defending oppa and accusing her of being a scheming witch. All this to say I think it makes no sense to question why the girlfriend brought up the courage to declare this “only” now.

Me too! I've read so many comments making fun of his short hair - there are so many stars with the swept across fringe hairstyle, and he looked great in Que Sera Sera, so I definitely love it :)

so so excited :) I had just finished Que Sera Sera when I heard about the possible reunion of Jung Yumi and Eric :) :) :) I loved them so much in that drama, hope this one will live up to it! Glad it's actually happening though!

I'm very surprised: I dropped Devil Beside You mainly because I couldn't stand her character, but I started watching ToGetHer and I really love her character, she may turn out to be one of my favorite female leads... Now, not only has she convinced me of her acting skills, but also of the quality of t-dramas, which I had basically given up on (I'm much more of a k-drama watcher). So she's very cool :)

dramafire is a possibility too - the videos are uploaded pretty fast, are subbed, ad-less (apart from one short ad at the beginning that you can skip after a few seconds) and as far as I'm concerned work everywhere (I don't live in the U.S either)!

I have always avoided medical dramas, but I really love Lee Jong Suk, so I'm hesitating... Is it romantic? Does the story focus a lot on the medical aspect?

does anybody know who the "pervert" guy in the first episodes is (the one that touches her in the bus)? I know I've seen him before... He's not in the cast and it's really nagging me...

I absolutely don't know her apart from her small role in The Greatest Love, but I thought she was so cute in it! I was sort of surprised to see that she was a little chubby, since pretty girls that aren't stick thin are so rare in dramas... Sad that she was so depressed that she wanted to commit suicide - seems that she has had a lot of projects since 2010, so I hope that's a sign she's better

Her acting is impressive in I Hear Your Voice and Secret Love (that I'm currently watching) - in both those roles, I took as much interest in her character as in the female lead. That's rare for me!

and she's also, obviously, beautiful - in an uncommon, memorable way though :)

With my favorites I'm practically incapable of saying I prefer one drama to another (which is why the "top 5" mdl thing was so hard for me), but I Hear Your Voice is definitely my favorite drama as well, amongst others. I see you're watching Emergency Couple - how is that, in your opinion? I'm asking you because I don't know whether to try it or not, and from your list I can see I have similar taste.
