I’m honestly not sure what the plot is anymore. It feels like they’re trying to sugarcoat selfishness, and the male lead’s role has completely gone off the rails. For the past three episodes, I’ve been waiting for him to act like the CEO he’s supposed to be—not a love-struck fool chasing after someone who clearly doesn’t understand him or even try to reason.
I understood and respected the female lead’s actions in the beginning, but the moment the guy distances himself to protect his family and avoid dragging her into chaos, that becomes the red flag? Seriously?
And who even is this Wang guy? Why is he constantly stirring up the pot?
The female lead’s friend started off as a well-written, grounded character, but then she suddenly chooses money over love (Not that it is blatantly wrong, but the way it was handled just felt off).
At this point, I’m really starting to dislike the Screen writers.
Also, The male lead has zero expression—just a blank rock. The acting is seriously disappointing.
Melo but toxic, sweet yet bitter, love it but hate it soo much! Lastly don’t want to continue but couldn’t help watching it as soon as the new episode drops😩🤯
