I strongly agree. It is Definitely a decent watch and it's only the actress in Mirae's role who ruined it. Her fans are so agitated that I've been pointing that out and attacking the versatile male lead while using alternate accounts and denying that he was good, as always, in this drama. Pathetic.
This drama would have fared well if it had focused on sensible plotlines (like showing more about the romance of Moojin and Aeyeon, the son's story, among others) and not on the annoying forced romance of an always upset daughter whose one-face expressions carried this show to a flop.

He did not mess up again. Ep. 9 was hard to watch for me because of the daughter. Ep. 10-12 are enjoyable. You'll see Moojin's relation to the former landlord, then his life in Thailand and how he acquired his wealth.

Hahaha. The daughter. I skipped many of her scenes, just like many people that I know. The drama is only worth watching because of the Main Couple Ji Jin Hee and Kim Ji Soo. I was invested on their story and did not drop the drama because of them. I loved the scenes during their courtship stage, the scenes of Moojin in Thailand, him wearing stiletto, his tattoo, his fight scene, the romantic bridge scene.
The Main couple (played by versatile actors Ji Jin Hee and Kim Ji Soo) definitely have chemistry, as well as The Tax Accountant of Moojin and Aeyeon's friend.

I had the same feeling while watching the drama. I skipped a lot of her scenes. The problem in appreciating the drama is really the daughter. But I did not regret completing it for Ji Jin Hee. I was entertained because of him and his amazing chemistry with Kim Ji soo. I was just really interested about the story of Moojin & Aeyeon and curious about the son. Eps. 7 and 8 are okay. I'll warn you that in Ep. 9, you will have to fast forward a lot. But Eps. 10-12 are good.
