Aesthetics are apart of a series and you can obviously tell that it means a lot if you are turned off by the said…
Yeah, that's what I mean Japanese series, in general, do get brushed under the rug due to its less polished look compared to Chinese and Korean. Japanese series have good plots and creative ideas but if a series similar has a more polished look I'll rather watch the latter. I'm guilt of this as if a Japanese series has a Korean adaption I'll choose to watch the Korean version vs the Japanese original. Because it now has the plot and the look I prefer

like a good example of improvement is like MaxTul them in Bad Romance vs Together with me. And also Mame's writing is sloppy tbh from the spoiler I have seen for this series it seems as this series as a huge identity crisis. It goes against what it's been trying to show.

when people actual think that this series has best acting or that they are the best actors in bl they may not see a reason to... I hope it better in the series because the acting should improve from the last

Honestly Tharn never really had any, I think its more noticeable due to the new makeup style that draws more attention to the face and the lips overall. Like peep the crying in ep 11... atrocious

Then your wording should've been different as it seemed if you were talking about a problem of style than a problem concerning realism. And it is a taste tbh because some people such as your self prefer something more down to reality vs someone who likes something an exaggerated and polished.

I think that it will be fun to watch, Butnow when I look back on season 1 I liked a lot, I know it's not the best,…
Aesthetics are apart of a series and you can obviously tell that it means a lot if you are turned off by the said aesthetic. Aesthetic doesn't = story. And honestly, the reason most Japanese series doesn't have a polished look isn't because of their style it's due to low budget. Because there are series that have the "Korean" look that is Japanese. And of course, you can't diminish the hold on aesthetics because there is a reason why the series you named don't have as much popularity. People naturally judge a book by its cover. You cant make an argument about them focusing on aesthetics when you wrote a paragraph about how it doesn't fit your tastes.
