I'm in dopamine overload right now cos I thoroughly enjoyed this. I did not skip or 2x any scene of the leads and even some other minor characters. I have seen my best historical drama for the year; the drama that will beat this for me has to be the topmost tier, and that's high praise because there are already strong contenders for this year.... but this one, is one for the books
I love that we have the full broadcast schedule for this, unlike Generation to Generation, where we have no definite idea when it's going to end and the anticipation is crippling me
I was planning to not watch today's ep but here I am pressing the play button ...the addiction for this drama…
likeeeeeeee I'm not the type to ever watch a series while it's airingggg, like everrrr, but every time I download an episode, I find myself skimming through. I will tell myself. 'it's just a little sneak peek to satisfy my crippling anticipation.' I quite frankly did not like 'When I fly towards you' (not an attack on the series; it just wasn't my cup of tea at all, and I tried hard), so seeing ZYR in this and completely killing it... like, OH MY GOD!! I'm scared to watch it and finish it and start missing that first-time feeling. I want this so badddddd that when it's finally complete, I'll take my time before I watch it... I'm going to have a slow-burn relationship with this drama. I dont want to consume it all at once (and even as I said this, I know that once it's completed, I am going to eat this shit up in a DAY!!!)
I've completed this in 3 days on Feb 2, 2026. Originally, I would've docked a full point for casting Deaf roles…
