It started alright, then quickly became interesting, then very engaging and before I knew it it was over D:. I don't know what to do now, I already miss this show, it made me feel so warm and fuzzy inside. It's a gem and I'll definitely come back to it!

i'm the same with almost all of those shows, although I'm still pretending i'll pick some of them up again. I also struggled with Kill Me Heal Me a lot, and I just don't know why! But I started it on three different occasions and never made it past the 6ep mark :/

definitely! I'm so glad I watched it, it's now fighting for my all-time favorite adaption with Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo. Though keep in mind that they didn't keep exactly to the character's backgrounds, though the story elements are mostly the same. Also, Tenten isn't as inconsiderate as other leads, you can tell what he's feeling and he clearly cares for Taliw. Those are bonus points for me, but I don't know how you'd feel about it, so I thought I'd warn :)
