Based on the show so far and what the cast, author, writers, and directors have said, I’m pretty confident that aspect will stay true to the book. Also, since season 2 is about Wayu, I’m guessing it will introduce a new love interest that we haven’t even met yet, and they’ll be endgame. Or, maybe Pha will show up at the end of this season, and season 2 will be about him and Wayu (but I REALLY hope not).

Don’t think so. Wayu will fall for/is falling for Thanu, but Thanu will end up with Phai. There’s still some sadness to come for him.

I wonder how many people will be disappointed when they realize that Thanu ends up with Phai, instead of Wayu. ?

Well, he’s going to end up with Thanu, so they have to cross paths somehow lols. Although, it’s not always organic.

Long story short, Thanu ends up with Phai.

I read the entire story. Thanu ends up with Phai, which I’m very happy about. They’re so precious together!

If I never hear Pha’s name again, it’ll be too soon. So done with that character. I’m guessing that, next series, they’ll introduce a new love interest for Wayu that he’ll actually end up with (or maybe even toward the end of this series).

Just reread your comment, and I think I misread it initially. I’m guessing you actually meant the ship has sailed as in it’s not going to happen?

Thanu and Phai haven’t even spoken to each other yet, and I’m already whipped for them. Can’t wait to see them get together! I loved all of the soulmate elements when I read the story, and it looks like they’re actually including some in the series. I still see people waiting for Thanu and Wayu to get together—they will be very disappointed. But hopefully they give Thanu x Phai a chance because they are just magic together!
