How can you see that poster and think “comedy”? It doesn’t look comedic at all. And the trailer very obviously shows this isn’t a comedy. Also, the poster is them recreating the novel cover, so not sure why some people are clowning it.

Lols I think they’re exaggerating. Multiple kisses definitely, but not sure how many nc scenes (at least 1).

There will be at least one love scene! Joss talked about how he and Gawin didn’t do much rehearsal for the scene—they mostly just let it flow. We will not survive 🫠

Remove the attitude. I know the MDL default is 10, but how exactly would I know the true episode count? It’s not always revealed before the series premieres—luckily, I found it on IQIYI. Before this info is revealed, I assume a series has anywhere from 8 to 12 eps.

Official confirmation on IQIYI that there are 12 episodes! Thank God! 10 would not have been enough. Can I submit an edit for the episode count on MDL?

Did we get the Tyme/Great riding scene this ep?

At this point, I want Win far away from Tonkla. Tonkla doesn’t deserve him—he’s going to have to work hard to prove otherwise. Also, the I love yous between Korn and Tonkla felt so empty (at least on Korn’s end). Tonkla continues to be on Korn’s leash, despite the many glaring red flags that indicate that he needs to end that relationship ASAP. You shouldn’t remain in a relationship with someone and hope that it gets better—you should remain if you’d genuinely still be happy even if nothing improved.

I don’t understand the peeps acting like Tyme is interested in Great solely because of the revenge or whatever he’s plotting. Homeboy was very obviously drawn to him the moment he saw him (while they were picking up the papers); he showed interest before even knowing who Great is. It’s quite obvious their story will entail Tyme pursuing Great partly/mostly because of an ulterior motive but then falling in love with him in the process.

Based on the spoiler photo of Tonkla crying while holding what seems to be a picture frame, I’m guessing that Korn dies (or is presumed dead maybe) or goes missing? And then Win/Tonkla begins when Win is investigating Korn’s death/disappearance. Or maybe Win and Tonkla fall for each other while Win is investigating Great and Korn’s family’s business. 🤔

Gonna be honest here: I really don’t care about Non. I don’t care where he is or if he’s alive or dead. I have nothing against him—just pretty indifferent to the character. I just want Tee/White and Phee/Jin to ride off into the sunset together—I don’t care how that’s accomplished. They’re obviously flawed characters, but none of them are evil or irredeemable. Also, why are peeps mad at Phee for revealing the plan to Jin? He didn’t sign up to kill anyone, but that’s what Tan seems to want. Also, Tan caused the death of an innocent man (Uncle Dang). Are peeps just ignoring that?

I am so pleased about them killing Way. I was thinking that they might change that from the novel—so glad I was wrong. You want catch me crying for a rapist ✌️
