wait wait, lemme just blow your mind, ever heard of "peer pressure" and "death threats"?
maybe not get on the company's good side, but definitely to save your life? maybe, just maybe yk. Honestly, I would rather choose to live? rather then, getting backlash for not apologizing.
I was on the fence about whether to watch this or not, but thanks to your comment I won't be wasting my time. If…
omg thanks soooo much for not making the summary on love sea that deep cuz then it just makes me feel like I've already watched it then I don't end up watching it, and about the reply you said before, I respect that.

hmmm, but we have to be nice to people to gentely make them understand what we want to express. It's ok if they didn't make the right first step but we can, and we should.

When will people finally understand that those "msgs" that they've been using to backlash Build were FAKE, and what do you mean "NEVER issued any sort of statement"?? when he started his company, under that company's account his sister/manager did put out a statement saying that they will be issuing a lawsuit against those people who cameout with those FAKE chats and further pushed them as real.
One more thing to really make it clear, he was forced to apologize by the company at that time and he couldn't just say no because he had no power at that time.
He was suing for slander but now, he's also suing for defamation and fabrication of evidence.

omg why is the msg feature so messed up in this app?!? anyways, as I was trying to say I won't really make any assumptions because I still haven't watched those series but by the looks of him, Bilkin does kind of look like a person who won't be good at performing and that totally makes sense cuz some people are just not made for performing, which is totally fine. btw, you should definitely listen to the "happy ending" ost that Jeff came out with recently (it's for his done drama ) I'm going to watch the drama while it's still on-going because it seems like a drama I can't wait to watch. Jeff's concept of his music is like he's really trying to convey a msg to the world, you truly feel every song playing in your core. I still remember, I once fell in love with him for day(I don't really fall in love with people so one day is A LOT) I remember it felt like I was in a trance, I sat down and listened to almost all the songs this man had came out at the time, including his covers.

no, I'm actually from Pakistan, it's in Asia.
I've also noticed that whenever "sexual harassment" had been mentioned in J-dramas it seems like a foreign concept because it's just too normalized atp, sad tbh.

tbh, almost the entire cast of KP has been and is still going through so much, I honestly feel bad because all of them have so much potential. MileApo have their own problem(people are made at Mile for having a girlfriend??) BibleBuild have their problems because of a crazy writerJeffBarcode were safe untill someone decided that we're going to destroy Jeff for being a normal human being, and still stay friends with his ex.

yeah, like people say celebrity tantrums are bad, talk about a writer getting pissed because the actor they wanted to molest didn't let them so they decided to ruin their career for a year. But I'm so proud of BIU for still pushing through to the point that now he has his own studio ( just like Jeff who is now going through backlash for a dating RUMOR??? ) BIU has also been starred in a Chinese series, I'm so pround of him. He's really come a long way. Everyone was hoping for a second season but then Ploy just NEEDED to through Build down?.

I definitely won't say that the idols I'm protective of have been through that amount of hate but I do believe that all the hate that they have been through has lead them to consider it more than once for sure.
The idol/actor I'm protective of isn't actually a Korean actor at all, so it might be odd for me to talk about Korea in general but I'll say that when I realized what the idol I support went through it made me realize that this isn't just a Korea probably anymore but a whole problem of Asia in itself. I will forever be protective of Build Jakapan after what the company he was under, which was supposed to PROTECT him threw him under the bus while knowing full well that he wasn't at fault at All. And that all too over what?? rights over a freaking show? how about care for your actors that you have under your company instead of siding with a writer who poorly wrote a series and that too needed to be corrected to be able to post online because it just had too many loop holes?? instead side with the writers who molested a minor because he was apart of the series they wrote?? STILL side with the writers even when actors of that series come out to straight up say that they are being molested on set and do nothing about it?? I guess it's true when people say " bad clout is still clout. "

omg, that is so true because k-fans believe it as a sin to be able to have actual feelings and opinions as an idol or celeb. (btw, I don't mean this in the wrong way whatsoever but I don't think that we should talk about korea in the reviews of a J-bl...probably the most random place to talk about this topic too....)
how tf are you alive? this whole comment in itself just sounds like an obsession, and you're talking about suicide…
Yes, it's actually the same me. but it's just I've started to become kind of over protective of my idols and people I like due to past experiences, so that was just me being over protective.... sorry?..
I was on the fence about whether to watch this or not, but thanks to your comment I won't be wasting my time. If…
but I believe watching another country's dramas would definitely be at least a bit refreshing, especially if you're tired from watching the generic "dumb blonde typa bottoms"
but then again, that's just a suggestion. It's fine if you don't want to watch it, but if you do end up watching "Love sea" please do tell me if it's good. I've not watched the series myself yet because it's still on-going but I also want to watch FortPeat sooo bad. But I like to watch series once they're finished (unless of course, if I end up seeing one too many edits of that series)

This is probably the first time I've finally seen someone openly talk about this issue of Korea. Even if it's one of the most liked countries at the moment due to its celebs and idols, we usually ignore the fact that those same celebs and idols are treated like entertainment puppets by the k-netizens and Korean society.
Though, some people do eventually come to their senses and realize what's happening to the emotionally abused idols and celebs they dare to say nothing on the topic because if you do, you will simply be just considered "another toxic fan" defending their idol's "non-acceptable" behavior.
I'm confused, imagine if the same mindset of these k-netizens was applied to the Western and/or other cultures then there would already be hundreds of cases of celebrities getting backlash from all around the world.
I truly believe that Korea is setting unrealistic standards for their idols and celebs but at the same time, giving them no rights to live and/or act like a normal person in society.
And then, when another idol or celeb does an attempt, they just go on to backlash the idol or celeb on the fact that they wouldn't "actually" leave all the stardom they have behind and really attempt. And the backlash just continues like it's the normal. But then, when the idol or celeb succeeds on their attempts they just go quite and suddenly loved that idol or celeb soooo much but that love couldn't have been shown before because of course, Korea is amazing...

I did first laugh at that part of the comment too but when I went further into it, it stopped looking like a joke.. but yeah, I'll stop. After all, they have their own opinion and I have my own.

By the "hyped up" part, I was actually referring to you getting angry over someone else's opinion when their's wasn't as tough on the series as your was.
Also, there's no use of age or the amount of years you've been watching or practicing something so bringing up the "4 years" you've been watching BLs is pretty useless...
btw, if you like the older Thai BLs than I do recommend watching the new dramas they have come out with recently because I would definitely say that they will be more to your liking. They've started to comeout with better BLs now tbh, I especially recommend watching "Love Sea".(it doesn't have the dumb bottom that you don't like)
Every country does indeed come out with bad dramas once in a while and that I do agree with 100%.
I'm not saying that you SHOULD drop the drama but calling the bottom dumb and/or retarded is definitely not a good look for you as a " BL veteran " or whatever.
but at the end of the day, you can have your own opinion and I can have my own. Have a nice time finishing the drama🎀😗
I was on the fence about whether to watch this or not, but thanks to your comment I won't be wasting my time. If…
I don't think that your views over a drama or anything in general can or should be overruled by someone else's opinion on it because you never know what could actually turn out as something you end up liking, but I think if you also don't like this type of dramas you should definitely consider watching Thai BLs. They are and have been coming out with more refreshing concepts on this genre of dramas and movies. (I could also recommend you some depending on your liking if you'd want that.)
how tf are you alive? this whole comment in itself just sounds like an obsession, and you're talking about suicide…
I can't even understand the reason you're getting so hyped up?? Remember, at the end of the day, it is just a freaking drama like the rest?? Every country has their specific depictions on this genre of dramas and movies. If you don't like this type of dramas, you can easily go watch dramas of another country, because they have different views over specific genres. Especially as specific as the LGBTQ+ genre because it's kind of a new genre that people have finally started to warm up to. I recommend watching Thai BLs, because I think they will be more to your liking. And I mean all this with love, bro.
