listen, i know they are going to be okay and get together in the end, but if they have a long misunderstanding…
I’m so frustrated right now. I’ve been like defending the female lead of this entire time. I try to be understanding of her having an abusive background, but Jesus they already confess their love they did heart bond array. I can understand her not being upfront about like her identity still but I’m like when he came to check on her she could’ve told him That point 😂😂😂. So even I who was defended her. I’m a little frustrated right I now
He also poisoned! Then why didn't he use GMD?What's going on??😑
He is using it but it has to be cultivated and I think it’s still working its way through his system. So basically if he hast to give it to Ming Yi it will put his life in danger
So, she need GMD?Or she wanted her always act like boy?
It’s not explained in the show yet this is a novel spoiler, in the novel it is JZB. The novel apparently is very different from the show. They changed a lot except for the places and the character names.
Apparently in the novel Ming Yis father is a palace guard, Ji Bo Zai is given to him to raise. The guard, supposedly though after seeing that his daughter is not treated very well and as often abuse by the empress, including being poisoned, starting at the age of 10 . I personally think that the Empress is resentful of the fact that someone who’s not her child is born with spiritual veins and an effort to control her poisons her. The guarddecides to inflict the same abuse on JZB out of anger, and resentment at the way, his daughter is being treated. At some point, he sells him slavery. Apparently the novel the whole thing with the antidote is not as big of a deal. The female lead knows who’s poison her, it’s the Empress by the way. Again, the novel and drama have been completely changed so the drama is in a way its own story. So I don’t know what they’ll keep the same. For instance, someone commented that in the drama her Shifu is actually her father. I heard somebody else comment that he was actually originally given to his masters, an infant, and she was the one who abandoned him before he was found and taken into be a slave. This is one of the reasons why apparently when he meets her again, she apparently says something along the lines where she says I hope you don’t regret being my disciple.
I don’t know why, but I was like thinking of a funny scenario. I was like so after he gives her the cure, she turns back into Ming Xian retrieves her fan and then thank him for looking after Ming Yi. Obviously, he thinks that man went back with him and is devastated that she didn’t say goodbye. Ming Xian leaves to go back to her/his kingdom. At the next tournament JZB and Buxia decide that they’re going to try to go look for her, they are directed to Ming Xians Room there’s a garden station outside the room who directs them to go wait inside where they run into 27, 27 greets them and asks what they’re doing there and just before they answer, they can hear the guard greeting the crown prince, 27 panics and tells them they have to hide before shoving them into the closet of course they’re taken completely by surprise and are confused because they don’t understand why they would have to hide. So Ming Xian comes into the room and drops the illusion and this is how it’s revealed to them that Meng Xian is actually Ming Yi.
I know it’s not gonna happen this way, but I was completely giggling to myself today thinking about how funny this would be if it did
Novel has a HE but this drama plotline has deviated quiet a bit from the novel so I'm not sure.Yu Xiao said this…
Me too. I was watching Fangs of fortune because I’ve heard so many good things about it but I’m like three episodes to the end and I’m just paused because I need a break before I finish the sadness.
I understood that while he wanted to get her out of there, he left behind the stupid device. I really wanted him…
Like when he looked at the nails and then looked at her hands I was like don’t look at the nails! I was like look at the soul seizing device that’s more sinister. Although it did make me sad that she was pretty much using the pain from the nails to stay lucid until he completed refining the netherbeasts and then she felt safe enough to let go 😭
I don't drop but the story isn't exciting for me to follow daily. I usually watch whenever. Half of the time,…
If you’re looking for more serious drama with zero romance, you might wanna watch faithful. Although I will tell you right now and deals with the serious and heavy subject of sexual assault.
The female lead and her friend are students at an embroidery Academy and the owner and I guess teacher is a predator who prays on his students. Many of them are lower class, and so he knows that they will mostly not do anything and stay silent, and if a child comes of it, then he just marries them as his concubine. Her friend tries to fight back in it unsuccessful and ultimately ends up, losing her life. The female lead is also a victim and she ends up leaving the school she marries into a Noble family and then comes back to get revenge for her friend and her self by accumulating a team of the people that this guy is wronged
If you’re going to drop it, I would say drop it. She actually doesn’t betray his trust though like yeah he…
Sorry Your comment Made it sound like you were going to give up watching it lol. So I was just trying to explain in later episodes why I think it’s worth watching
No one's accusing her of being selfish. Her not sharing her immediate problem with JBZ and insisting on stealing…
Oh, I said in my post that it’s a novel spoiler. It hasn’t been explained in the show yet. He didn’t survive it without the golden dream millet, I think I read somewhere or from someone’s comment that he is still in the process of cultivating it? So he actually does need it if he gives it to her then that’ll put his life at risk. Obviously, she doesn’t know this.
