I’m on episode 30 so I’m almost finished.

On the one hand, I keep laughing at ZYZ’s dark humor, and the fact that he pokes fun at his willingness to die almost every episode. On the other hand, the fact that at least one of the characters are crying, almost every episode 😭. I do Like the relationship that’s Formed between YiChen and ZYZ.

Fact that it makes you think about human nature and the box is moral character.

No, I’m on episode 31, kind of confused now because a plague has broken out and they discovered that it’s probably Fei, who is a demon of calamity or disaster. We watched him destroy his inner core and then he dissipated so how was he back and captured? We saw Wang Zhongyu die like he attempted to touch the divine wood or whatever it’s called and he burned to death like he couldn’t have factored in everything. Did he fake that too? He wasn’t there when Fei died so how could he have known what happened? I’m so confused honestly I feel that they could’ve nicely tied everything up in like episode 30 lol

Wonder they have that cheerful little song in the credit cause you need that kind of cheerfulness when almost every episode is so sad that the characters are crying 😭😂

Taiwanese, or at least that’s what it shows up under on Viki. So not nearly as tame as it would’ve been if it was actually produced through China because then there would’ve been absolutely no kissing at all. Still on the conservative side though.

Yeah I stared watching and am in episode 6.

I’ve heard this is an amazing drama, but I’m hesitant watch because I try to avoid dramas so sad endings no matter how missing the story is, but I’m really struggling to find things to watch right now 😭😅

I think because it was a dark room, and his voice was slightly different. I also feel that Shang wasn’t really looking at him since he was trying to attack him. At least this isn’t what I’m thinking and then eventually he gets behind him so that’s my take anyways.

Well, I just googled it and it’s considered a Taiwanese series. I’ve watched other BL Taiwanese series and they definitely have a lot more creativity and freedom than any series that would be done by mainland China . It was apparently filmed in Taiwan and Hong Kong in order to get around the censorship rules of mainland China so considering censorship wasn’t as much of an issue. Yes I feel they could’ve done better with editing now that I know this.

Well we know with it being released in Japan we won’t have to worry about censorship so hopefully they can do a far better job with steamy scenes 😂

Maybe they will do something like they did in the long ballad since Leo Lu was underage. When it looks like they will kiss they camera panned out and focused instead on parakeets so the actual actors were blurred out.

I hate for a while. I was really into watching her reviews, but then I ended up just getting sick and tired because the majority of the shows that I loved she would just bash them is not being very good so I just stopped watching her channel because I couldn’t agree with her on the majority of the opinions that she Portrayed

I had just posted a comment responding to you, but for some reason, it didn’t post. I googled it and it said the policy surrounding airing the dramas of band actors hasn’t changed, but there are some things that might appear to be misleading. That they could get around it by recasting or using AI to swap the act faces or something.

Where did you hear this any confirmation?

I also was like thinking that she’s the first character that I could relate to when she was struggling to walk up all those stairs, and she was so out of breath 😂
