I think the Waiting for Godot analogy wasn’t enough to carry an entire series. They were both always waiting for each other and couldn’t connect because of their individual crisis’ at various points in their life. They eventually realize after a friend’s death that they needed to put themselves first. I understand that culturally the concept of even being accused of adultery is an unforgivable transgression, but they were truly innocent and bowed to pressure, even after the company crisis was over. It really wasn’t a good enough plot device to keep two people apart for their whole young adult lives.

Fun fact, in episode 12 he’s reading a book Surely Tomorrow, lol. Was that suppose to be a major revelation?! The death of a friend bringing them together was a lazy plot device. I would have preferred if they reconnected in Malaga and decided to run a small air B and B there. Very unromantic ending for me.

They really dragged this out for a theme that could have been developed better. I really liked all the actors. They did the best they could with a lacking script.

Random observation-Doesn’t anyone have backup copies of very important videos/documents. At the least they should be backed up to the cloud. One thumb drive taped to the back of a photo! How does NS even run her business? I’m also surprised they don’t throw in a few of her client’s. That could make for an interesting side story line. I know these dailies have a limited budget but she’s never even on the phone!

Perfect show! I’m going to miss this calm, relaxing daily watch. The ending wasn’t rushed. The only thing missing for me, was seeing her cousin in the present time. Other than that it was a 10 for me.

YC is always plotting against JW even though JW is trying to live her own life and avenge her dads murder which has Nothing to do with YC. Why doesn’t she focus on herself and try to improve her own relationships and career? She is a meddling troublemaker. It looks like shes going to be wearing a prosthetic baby bump next episode, lol. We all know how that turned out in Conderella Game, lol. After JTS, shes the one I dislike the most and look forward to seeing hit rock bottom. I actually don’t feel as much negativity toward NS. I feel like she bluffs a lot and feels the need to act tough all the time because of her past history. If the writer is open to suggestion, I think introducing a love interest for her would be a great addition. He should be a gangster like character who is even tougher than her and is the one to tame her. Just a suggestion😀
