I felt by her saying Ruyi it meant choosing the option of letting the world know the truth instead of killing the emperor cause she said she wanted to kill him but also let the world know what happened. so I think the empress calling her by her new identity instead of the assassin one means take a different approach now .

Did you forget they fought and he kidnapped their emperor? He’s not someone innocent and they can’t let them think they can do anything because they have their emperor. He came in arrogantly he didn’t come in peace so they gave what he put out . If something happens it’s deff LTG fault.

After watching episode 17&18 I think it’s not just petty jealousy. He can see the potential of things getting out of hand because the look in LTG eyes he can make things harder for them . which looks like it’s going to happen if Ruyi stays . Like yes my sister can handle her self but men are unhinged when they want something they can’t have and another man can see it before a woman can . Plus Ruyi still think it’s puppy love so she’s blaze to it
