Is there a second season? How exactly are they thinking of tying up all the villains in just 4 episodes? Going by the manga even 3 seasons of 14 episodes each won't be enough to end the drama.

Such a good drama especially the last scene of fading into darker tones of black. The cinematography is most underrated part of this drama.

Is it tho? Everything about this drama from the ML to the cinematography is so good but the FL automatically reduces the rating by 1.5.

Only one reason I am not liking the drama, the FL. No expressions, one tone acting she is only made for SFL roles. She already sank "The Divorce Insurance" because of a lack of spark which a FL should have. There's a reason you don't go all in on plastic surgery, you can't control your micro expressions.

Difficult to capture every facet of novel in a 2 hour movie. They made dokja too sappy and less funny which he definitely was. Ah well movie itself was not that bad for people who have not read the novel or manhwa.

Their wishes were not exactly dumb but the way they were granted was toxic. Only wishes used for others from Genie are supposed to be granted without going wrong. Even the half spirit's immortality happened because of selfishness of another Genie.

This was such a refreshing and new experimental treatment to Kdramas. The 4th wall breaking dialogues, the humour and the psychopath character. People hating on this should remove their ideological and religious lens.
As for people rage baiting on showing Arab world, the whole story was trying to be accurate. Genies are supposed to be from Arab mythology. Every civilization had a dark past of Slavery. Even Historically they were not wrong in showing slavery and killings, if anything they were tame in their descriptions. Islamic history is rife with sending conquering hordes of fundamentalists to either convert and loot others. They left alive those who forcefully converted , looted wealth and took s*x slaves even i.e. harems.
All this is history and even now some(they are a minority) are fundamentalists than others i.e. terrorists. But not everyone in that part of world is like that.

PEOPLE HOPING EVERYONE FOLLOW THEIR IDEA OF BLASPHEMY SHOULD JUST SITOUT OF THIS DRAMA.

It's the no of episodes, you can't expect them to explore secondary characters with just 8 episodes. This should have been a 14 episode drama like Blackout.

Such a badly edited drama, why not spend 1st episode showing past scenes sequentially? The transitions are so jarring. Also took too much time giving back their powers that it became monotonous and boring. They could have so much story but maybe they are trying for 2nd season which doesn't seem to be happening with dismal ratings. It will probably be a rushed ending.

Not to be hating on Ma Dong seok but my guy seem to be made for gangster movies with no change in expression. He should have played being a hippo ,being a tiger doesn't suit him. Other stars are hard carrying this drama.

The last episode was pretty good. It should be a teaching material for anyone who is thinking of getting married. It shows how to sustain love and marriage amid rising divorce rates. Kind of best description I have ever heard of the relation between love and marriage.

Same Universe as Blackout. Should be pretty good.

One reason this might feel like a ordinary movie is bad pairing between ML and FL. There was not enough chemistry in the love story. Also FL who should be the main character seemed to lack screen presence and had weak acting where the movie required her to pull majority of the weight.

Feeling of loss is strong with this one even after the drama ended. Such a masterpiece. It generates the feeling that how unlucky I am to have never experienced that one true love. It's a sad truth but it is always better to have one lost love than to have never experienced one
