"Promised in depth exploration of side characters' stories was a LIE."This perfectly describes my disappointment…
I also really liked Park Dang Gu and Jin Cho Yeon in S1, they were so cute together ♥ It's a shame we haven't seen them more often on screen this season. I was sincerely disappointed in the sisters.
Another thing. The way the relationship between ML and FL was made surprised me completely in the negative. At least they could have kissed for the first time after their identity was revealed. It would have been much more beautiful. It looks like ML is dating another woman when his heart obviously belongs to someone. Thinking that ML may have just been a man who said he would love only one person, but ended up falling in love with another. Sad, but these things happen. -he didn't know it was Naksu until he saw the eyes mark-. There were so many ways to do that..... There are other problems here that I noticed, but ok. In my opinion, I wanted ML had stayed true to his love for mudeok until the end. Than to see him basically move on..................... :( This show surprise me of how we can have such different perspectives.
Promised indepth exploration of side characters' stories was a LIE. Most of the time was wasted on retired Park Jin cooking "black matter" to everyone's dismay, while much needed screen time for characters such as Park Dang Gu and Jin Cho Yeon was cut to a minimum.
Last episode was a bit rushed... Lack of impact in general - endgame buildup was ruined by ML who, practically singlehandedly smashed all the villains and that overhyped fire bird as easy as pie without breaking a sweat.
Naksu??? This season I could only see the shrinking of the character! S2 deserved so much more.......
This season was a disaster because of the sisters. But I feel sorry for the actors for having to follow a horrible…
@Red_pit I agree with what you say, perhaps with a different story it might have worked better, too bad this potential of the two was not exploited in the best way. What a waste..........
