My dream pairing has come true. The chemistry between the leads Chen Feiyu and Zhou Ye was undeniable. I love the way they cried, it was very convincing. Props to these 2, they sure have a bright future ahead of them. I also watched the Japanese version and I love this Chinese version better. A must watch for sure, just prepare your tissues. But trust the process, this is a happy ending. :)

Coming back here to say, the long ballad is still my all time favorite Dilraba and Wu Lie series. The intensity and all the pivotal moments were shown and were not cut off. All the side characters also did not feel like there were such a waste of screen time but felt essential to the story.

Yes, we did not even get to see him suffer, but then again, they opted to show us the bath scene of DCE in slow motion LOL, so they have to cut out better significant scenes :D :D :D
