I am satisfied with the ending and how the story went. The writers stayed true to HW story which was why he was Reborn in the first place. It was for his redemption to have been part of the death of Jin Do Jun. To those who have complained about the ending must have loved the story of Haraboje and Do Joon a lot, but we must note that many times in the drama we were reminded that, what has happened was bound to happen like the death of HW mom and Haraboje and it was no exception for Do Jun either.
Congrats to the cast and staff of Reborn Rich, definitely a compelling story.

This was written this way so that Xie Hang can set Xiao Chuang and her ex bf apart. She both got them into trouble with a mistake by reporting Xiao Chuang when she thought the Chinese cards were fake while with her ex bf she gave the stock certificates to Xiao Chuang which resulted to being sold. You see this clearly shows the good side of Xiao Chuang, he is forgiving and loving. In reality, you would like someone to love you despite your shortcomings right?
Just finished this drama. Nice storyline, nothing over the top, and the leads looked compatible and cute despite the age gap. This drama also serves us with different perspectives in choosing a lifelong partner and I'm glad the mothers support their children's happiness instead of pushing for the societal norms.
Final thoughts: Though the ending seemed lacking. I still like this drama. I just wished there was more screen time for our leads. Less idiosyncrasy and more happy and light moments. Li Qin and Shawn have nice chemistry and both look good individually and together. If you have some time to pass, I can reco this melodrama.
So far so good with the first 8eps. I guess nothing could go wrong for this drama. Given the right elements: Perfect Visuals for the two leads, very nice cinematography and the pacing of the story seems to be just right. Let’s see how the story unfolds until the ending. Dilireba is truly the chemistry queen. How can someone be glamorous and switch to being uber cute at the same time? I just love her!

Was really waiting for someone to comment on this. The 2nd leads had too much screentime. Was even wondering did the leads took some LOA while filming, since after ep 26 they were barely on screen together. What a frustrating drama.
The Long Ballad has come to a conclusion and I'm sad T_T. This is one of those series that will really capture your heart, attention and time. It has been a very enjoyable experience to watch The Long Ballad with this group from the start until the end. Thank you to all the subbers, interpreters, translators, commenters and analysts, you all are awesome in sharing your knowledge, point of views, links and whatnots. After my long day, I come here and laugh a lot. Hope I get to meet you all in my next drama addiction.
I anticipated this show entirely for Dilireba and am so thankful that it introduced me to a whole lot of brilliant actors (esp to Wu Lei who will be in my watch list) and actresses. There are so many things I like about TLB #1 Well written story and pacing #2 The casts and their excellent performance (Action + Drama + Looks = Perfect package) #3 The superior soundtrack that tugs heartstrings. I only skipped the intro and ending songs when I was super excited for the next EP #4 The high valued moral lessons, Knowing your path, being selfless, and always for the common good. And my list goes on but I'll stop here. TLB is now one of my all-time favorites. <3

I guess they made this happen for Leyan’s character development. The director probably wants to emphasis the depth of her emotions like losing someone. It was sad though, Xiao Wu grew on me during the travel to Louyang.
