I agree. In real life, deceiving her "for her own good" would probably be a dealbreaker but this is almost the norm for a drama. It's not ideal but also not reason enough to hate him.

It was clarified that it was her previous manager that abused her so she wouldn't be doing this to get away from them. She's already out.

The plot summary of Stay With Me is not accurate. It claims the FL wonders why she broke up with her boyfriend, Yi Du, but in the actual drama she doesn't even remember Yi Du. She thinks he's a "pervert" stranger. It also claims she is surprised to find she is engaged to a stranger (the 2nd ML). In the drama, she IS surprised to be engaged but he is not a stranger to her. The 2nd ML is her best friend since childhood and she definitely remembers him clearly. I think the one who wrote the summary has not actually seen the drama.

You may know this already but this is based on a true story. Lee Min Ho's character as well as the king and queen are based on real people in history.

I haven't watched this yet but from the description it sounds like it has a similar vibe to Who Rules the World.

Thanks for your comment. I agree with everything you said! The ML & FL are really making my heart ache, especially the ML. Really loving their emotional interactions. I also love the ML's brother & his wife. Funny plot line. I also see the artist as a sexy villain after Good Day to Be a Dog. And of course I'm annoyed by the coworkers.

Actually, Dr Jang was not originally supposed to die. The actor was injured on set and had to leave the drama suddenly so they had to kill off his character.
