That's true! Or, you can watch it like 1 episode a day if you want to see how it ends. I do that sometimes by watching 2 dramas at once. In that case, I watch 1 ep daily of a slow or family drama like a TV show!! Kinda works like a stress reliever!
I am on ep 10. I hope it gets better. It turned really sad but it's also relatable as far as growing up is concerned. I also hope my parents don't miss me and my brother this much considering we all live in different states... ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

I am watching this drama after I have already watched Seo Yea Ji in It's Okay to Not Be Okay and Lee Joong Gi in Flower of Evil. Compared to those two series, the leads are a little lacking here, especially in acting as well as the romantic storyline. We all know how good these two are at playing intense romantic chemistry from their latest works. But in Lawless Lawyer, nearly all romantic scenes feel random without any specific buildup to it.
Other than seeing Kim Seon Ho playing an anti-villain with a rugged look, there was nothing special to the movie. I simply followed it through due to Seon Ho's acting or else I would have left the movie in the first 20 minutes.

I understand where you are coming from because I also thought same in the beginning. But when I reflected back on my highschool years, I was quiet similar. Of course not that childish but somehow I would have a complete personality flip in front of my crush. Also, you might see that the FL has little childish side to her later as well, however, her actions get mature and as she grows she's portrayed very understanding and patient person.
Can someone please send my body to my parents if I end up dead while watching this series due to over sweetness? I will probably get diabetes before I finish this drama!!!
Came here looking for a low rated review after watching the first 2 episodes, and I have to say, I am not disappointed. Lately, I have been into mystery thriller dramas, thought this might be a good break but I just couldn't get into it. It looks like an overly hyped drama. Will give it a try sometime later maybe. Even I was little frustated with FL, but logically speaking, as an investigator she can't blindly follow someone's claim unless she has solid proof. And when she was suspicious of DB, she decided to investigate it so that he could be cleared off from the suspect list. I believe that's how a police officer should work.
I hope you finished the drama to find whether they saved someone or not. I think they saved 2 people but maybe 10 times more people died as well...

I actually came searching for a review with a low rating on this show. However, after reading your review, I still decided to give it a go considering everyone is so smitten by it. I have to say, you are damn right! I have watched 10 episodes, and so far I think this is the absurdest thing I have ever seen. And truthfully, the series and characters are more frustrating than funny. 10 episodes and I don't like any character portrayal, not even the priest.
I have never seen so many frustrating and annoying characters in one drama but this one has it. I have watched 5 episodes and so far, I want to kick everyone in the face to make them shut up.
And why is everyone good at not doing their jobs? Prosecutors who make false warrants and prove good people guilty, police force that is lying to hide crimes, and a Priest who should replace police and prosecutor both considering he's more eligible to fulfill those roles.
Yes, there are good comic scenes but overall I am more frustrated with the whole thing than enjoying the show!
