I think it’s not anyone’s place, least of all yours to question when, how or why an alleged victim seeks revenge. The only question should be are the allegations true or false? These situations are always sensitive because it’s so easy to cause harm to an undeserving side such as ruining the reputation of an innocent person who is falsely accused or on the other side deepening the scarring of someone who is already living with trauma of a violence done to them. So in these cases I really listen and don’t judge and just hope for truth to come to light. I wouldn’t want to see a victim being shamed or blamed neither do I support false accusations and the toll it would take on an innocent person.

I love this drama. Discovered Alf Yang (Yang Han) through it and today there’s a second version by Wang Yilei and Yang Shuyu that just came out and is just as good. I hope the related dramas get tagged soon.

Not much romance or attraction from the ML to FL. This drama was promising but fell flat in the romance department. Watch it for the charismatic actors but not for the love story, I wasn’t convinced of it.

ZZD made me a fan with his version, you described his chara in Utterly Submit perfectly. I would say he played his crazy maniac in love character with a more suave edge than Wang Xuan’s wilder more unrestrained version. I love them both and cannot choose, possibly because the ZZD version was the first for me so it has a sentimental no. 1 spot 🫠 but I’m not gonna lie the heat of the Wang Xuan version is burning its way to the top!

There’s maybe 9 versions out there now and I still consider this Zhao Zhen Dong version and the new Wang Xuan x He Shi version the top two.

And I said a simple “she took a settlement and dropped the case” was enough. No need for your one-sided allusions. You were trying to smear the accuser and imply something weird about her intentions to blow the whistle as the biggest victim after the incident and I’m not here for that. Your idol is no angel or there should have been no incident at all in the first place. If she decided to capitalize on what happened they are exactly the same brand of people. You take your victim as you get them, you don’t get to ask them to play nice for you. Hope this helps.
