This is actually quite common for gmmtv. Often they film all the pilot trailers at the beginning of the year for their showcase so fans can look forward to the series that will come in the year. However it's not unheard of for actors to be switched in and out when the actual series is being filmed due to school, schedule change etc... They don't private the pilot trailers though because it still gives people an idea of what to expect from the series before the official trailer. Other actor changes this year have been one of the main characters in Home School, Joong will no longer be in Wednesday Club.... so yh dw it's not too big of a deal

if you're talking about cooking crush, mark is not in the actual series even tho he was supposed to be hence him in the pilot trailer. Since the actual filming he was replaced with Aungpao Ochiris Suwanacheep.

R U Next? is not the same as I-Land 2 as after it started airing, Mnet posted audition applications on Instagram for I-Land 2 so no they are 2 different things and we are yet to hear about a release date.
