Broken Hearts, Twisted Love: A Deep Dive into Secret Relationship

📅 Completed it a while ago, posting this review late after someone reminded me (thank you 😭)

---

So first of all, I want to say — this drama is not for the soft-hearted. It’s emotional, dark, messy, and at times painful. But that’s why I had to drop this review — because the story stayed with me.

---

🧍‍♂️ Jung Da-on (Played by Kim Jun-seo)

A lot of people might say Da-on is naïve or easy to manipulate. But to me? He’s a boy who never had anything solid to hold on to. He was probably forced to be the breadwinner at a young age. There was so much pressure on him, and no one — not family, not adults — ever truly guided or protected him.
That’s why he clung to his tutor, Shin Jae-min, thinking he was the only one who understood. But instead, that same person turned out to be the one damaging his life the most. And that broke me.

---

💔 Shin Jae-min (The Tutor)

Let’s talk about this man — textbook manipulator. Instead of loving Da-on properly, he chose to ruin his life just so he could fix it later, like some twisted hero. If he really loved Da-on, why didn’t he say it years ago? Why wait and break him down just to build him up again? That’s not love. That’s obsession.
He's the perfect example of how the people closest to you can actually be the ones hurting you the most.

---

🫂 Joo Seong-hyeon

Honestly, I didn’t notice it at first — but by the end of the series, it was clear: he had fallen deeply in love with Da-on. He was always watching, caring, stepping in gently. But Da-on couldn’t see it because he was blinded by his loyalty to Jae-min. It hurt to watch, but it also made me love Sung-hyeon even more. He’s soft but strong. Quiet but constant. A true green flag 🥺

---

🐍 Kim Su-hyeon

At first? I thought he was just some cold, stubborn guy. But the more I watched, the more I realized: he was hurting too. He sacrificed a lot for Da-on, and he was also being manipulated by Jae-min. The layers to his character shocked me. Honestly, Shin Jae-min is the real villain here, just slithering around like a green snake, ruining lives.

---

🎭 Final Thoughts

This drama? It's heavy. Toxic. Emotionally draining. But it’s also powerful, beautifully acted, and unforgettable. I cried, I shouted at my screen, and I felt everything.
The actors did AMAZING — especially Kim Jun-seo. I really hope to see more of them in future dramas because they ate this whole show.

? Our Youth — My Late But Honest Review ?

I know this is coming a bit late — I actually watched Our Youth right after it finished airing, but I’ve only just had the time to review it. So here we go ✨

First of all, I already knew Jin was going to be that type of person — so sweet, so attentive, and genuinely caring. He’s that rare kind of character that makes you believe people like that can actually exist 🥺

As for the production, I have to give them credit. The visuals were beautiful, the acting felt natural, and even the subtle moments hit hard. Some of the reactions were hilarious too — like I actually laughed out loud a few times.

Now let’s talk about Haruki. That boy has been through it. The pain in his eyes, the way he carries himself... it’s like he doesn’t even recognize when someone’s being kind to him. He’s so used to being alone and unloved, he just assumes no one cares.

So when Jin started showing him real affection — offering him not just love, but also a safe space, a home, a sense of belonging — that’s when everything changed. Their bond started to grow slowly and beautifully.

Honestly, this story touched me more than I expected. It felt real, soft, and healing all at once. I’m giving it a solid 10/10. No skips. No complaints.

If you haven’t watched Our Youth yet, please do. It’s worth every moment.

? My Honest Review of Pit Babe Season 2

Without Spoilers

First of all, I want to say a massive thank you to the director, the actors, the staff, and everyone involved in the making of Pit Babe. Bringing us Season 2 means the world to me — and to so many fans. This is the first drama I’ve watched where I loved everyone in the room. Every single character. Not one person I disliked. That’s how deep this story touched me. 💔

---

💫 Babe

From Season 1 to now, Babe has always been Babe — fierce, determined, and fighting for what he wants. He’s been through so much. His strength and vulnerability make him so unique. I couldn’t even begin to review all the details of his growth because it’s too emotional to put into words. I’ll just say: he’s unforgettable.

---

💞 Charlie

Charlie (Pupu) has one mission in this life — to make things easier for Babe. His heart is full of love and care, and it shows in every scene. He’s the type of person who holds others together, and his loyalty to Babe is 100% solid. That’s what makes him so lovable. I can’t even imagine this story without Charlie.

---

🕶️ Tony

Now let’s talk about Tony. I know he’s the villain, the dangerous one, the one who makes everything tense—but I won’t lie: Tony is cute 😭. That long hair, those edits on TikTok… they got me! 😂 Even though he’s terrifying in the story, I still catch myself saying, “Awww.” (Let’s forget I said that 😅)

---

🧠 Jeff

Jeff is smart — like really smart. Since Season 1, he’s been the brains of the team. The fact that he can see into the future makes him even more powerful, and once I understood how he used his ability, everything started making sense. He’s the quiet power.

---

👨‍👦 Alan / Uncle

Alan is the true definition of a father figure. The way he protects and guides everyone… it’s powerful. He’s the heart of the team, always ready to sacrifice himself to save them. That’s the strength of a real Alpha. His character hit me deep.

---

🔥 Chris

Chris is handsome, sharp, dangerous, and cool. The way he handles situations, wears his uniform, and plays the game — whew! He’s very different from the rest. I don’t want to spoil anything, but he deserves way more attention 👀.

---

👫 North & Sonic

These two are friendship goals! True ride-or-die best friends. They protect their people like family, and they’re always there, no matter what. If the whole world turns on you, North and Sonic will still be by your side. That’s rare and beautiful.

---

💪 Pete

Pete is strong, honest, and caring. He doesn’t sugarcoat anything, and he’ll do whatever it takes to protect the people he loves. I respect him a lot for that. Even though I don’t have much to say about him, I can feel his effort in every scene.

---

🐺 Kim & Kenta

Kim joined the team later, and now he feels like family. Kenta, who was once treated like a black sheep, turns out to be a precious white sheep who just needed love and attention. Their journey together is heartwarming. It reminds me that even when people are misunderstood, they can still find belonging.

---

💘 Winner & Dean

I want to ship these two SO bad 😭😭. The chemistry is crazy. I feel like they need their own series — even a short one! I would watch it immediately. They deserve more screen time as a main couple. I hope one day that happens.

---

⚪⚫ Willy

Willy is… complicated. Sometimes I think he’s a villain, sometimes I think he’s just a lost soul trying to escape Tony. He gives black-and-white energy at the same time. His handsome face confuses me, but he definitely made an impact.

---

🧡 Final Thoughts

That’s it for me... for now. I didn’t go too deep into plot because I don’t want to spoil anything for new watchers — and trust me, you don’t want spoilers for this one. This series deserves to be experienced fully, blindly, and emotionally. So if you're thinking of watching Pit Babe, DO IT.

Season 2 has been a wild ride. Full of love, danger, loyalty, pain, and healing. But just know… this show lives in my heart rent free. Forever.

REVENGED LOVE: The Drama That Took My Heart ❤️, Shook My Emotions ?, and Stole My Sleep ?

Finally, Revenged Love has ended… and honestly, I’m not okay 😩. Who gave them permission to end it this soon?! I was emotionally invested, mentally unavailable, and physically glued to my screen 📺. From the mains to the supporting cast — I loved every single one of them 💕. Even the messy ones. Especially the messy ones.

Chi Cheng 💼🔥 — Let’s be real, in the beginning, he was as problematic as a phone with 1% battery and no charger in sight 📱⚠️. But… love changes people 💖. And Chi Cheng showed us the ultimate glow-up ✨. He’s the type of man who doesn’t play games 🎯 — when he’s in love, he says it. Straight. To. Your. Face. No waiting for “signs,” no confusing text messages. King behavior 👑.

Wu Suo Wei 😂💡 — The king of chaos 👑🔥. The master of making you laugh while also making you emotional 😭. When they said Revenged Love, I thought we’d get something dark and intense 🌪️. But Wu Suo Wei said, “Nah, let’s do petty but adorable instead 😏💘.” You can almost predict his moves 🎬 — but somehow, it’s still hilarious when he does them 🤣. And his love story with Chi Cheng? Pure sweetness 🍯.

Guo Cheng Yu 🤝🛡️ — Proof that real friendships survive everything 🙌. No matter how many emotional punches 🥊 he and Chi Cheng threw at each other, their bond stayed unbreakable 🧱. Loyalty level: unshakable 💯.

Jiang Xiao Shuai 🧠🦊 — The mastermind, the teacher 📚, the “I-know-everything” friend we all need 🤓. His schemes with Wu Suo Wei were the kind of chaos I live for 💥. Also, his romance with Guo Cheng Yu? Chef’s kiss 👩‍🍳💋.

Yue Yue 💃💔 — Girl… your love life was like ordering food online 🍜📦 and realizing the driver went to the wrong address 🚫. But your character was so relatable because, honestly, many people don’t know what they truly want until it’s too late ⏳.

Weng Shuo 😎🖤 — Sir, disorder or not, you acted your heart out 🎭. Also… you’re ridiculously handsome 😍, so I forgive half your crimes 🚨.

At the end of the day, Revenged Love was more than just a drama 🎬. It was an emotional rollercoaster 🎢 with unexpected loops, funny twists 😂, and moments that had me screaming at my screen like I was part of the cast 🎤.

Final Verdict: 10/10 🌟 — Would watch again, even if it breaks my heart twice 💔💔.
Warning: You will fall in love 💘 with at least two characters. And you will miss them when it’s over 😭.
