How’s the ending ? Can u pls spoil me ? Also is it worth watching? I see mixed reviews 🫣
It really depends on your expectations and taste. I'm not that picky and I like Pond and Phuwin. That been said, the ending is a happy ending, sort of. The events towards the ending could have been better, same as the acting specially the whole kidnapping part. The kidnapping part could have been better executed and the whole story had a lot of plot holes. I blame the writers. After the problem with the evil uncle was resolved and Palm was ok. Palm decided to leave Nueng because he felt he was a burden to Nueng because he couldn't walk properly -_-. That was so cliche to leave without a word or explain his intentions. After three months, Nueng finds him at his late mom's hostel. They decide to be in a long distance relationship. My favorite character was Chopper and Perth did an excellent job as Chopper and his story wrapped up nicely. For me, this BL was worth watching. I liked the production, the scenery, the places the story took place (specially the beach scenes), the edition, the OST, Perth, Pond and Phuwin.
I think I made a mistake, T___T I should have waited for this to be complete, now I have to wait a while week for the next episode. I made the same mistake with the first season.

I like what you said too. In kdramas, I like when the translator uses honorifics instead of the person's name, just an example. I also love when translators explain a phrase or situation as extra info or explain a cultural reference. It helps understand better the plot or a scene.
What I meant with literal is for example: Japanese: watashi no namae wa kurisu desu. = My name Kris is. No one talks like that in English, maybe a Yoda fan... So you cannot translate that literal (word-for-word) you should translate it following the grammatical structure of English: My name is Kris (transposition). Literal translation can only be use between languages that have similar grammatical structure like English and Spanish for example. What you said you like may be a borrowing technique in translation (not translating, but using the same word of the source language in the target language). At the end, it really depends on the translator if they want to keep the cultural reference or not (using honorific particles or not in the target language). Or if they want to explain an idiom or cultural reference. In my opinion, explanation is always the best approach.
