And grandpa didn't seem to grieve much either after losing his beloved grandson. Went straight to snogging his grandson's crush. This story has no soul.

I felt exactly the same as you regarding this series. I didn't understand why grandpa got a second chance at life when he already had a full life and at the sacrifice of a young life yet-to-be-lived. There was no sensible reason for young Zifeng to give up his budding life for old grandpa. It was all too unfathomable for me to enjoy this story. I just spent my time admiring the good looking actors instead of taking the plot seriously.

Review Love in the Moonlight Spoiler
I might be one of the few that agrees you that Pin is an amazing girl. Many ppl seem to hate her and I think that's so unfair on her. Pin grew up in an unloving home, but despite that she was still sweet and loving. The two men/ppl whom she loved with all her heart, betrayed her and almost broke her. They could've been honest with her from the start and I'm sure she would've been their ally because she loved them that much. But they kept her in the dark, lied to her face and went behind her back. I think Pin had every right to seek a bit of revenge on them, reciprocate some of the pain they inflicted on her. I also understand why she went ahead with the marriage. Not because she wanted to trap Saenkaew, it's because that marriage was her only ticket to escape her oppressive home life. If the marriage was cancelled, her life as an unwanted, unloved mistress's daughter and rejected bride would've been infinitely worse. Anywho, I think Pin was incredibly kind to forgive and help the betrayers who broke her heart. The men really did her dirty. They deserved the bit of pain she gave to them. It was only a tiny fraction of the pain they gave her. All this to say, I'm in Pin's corner. I think she's an amazing character

Review ABO Desire
I'm a fan of the series and want it to succeed. However, I agree with everything you wrote. The series was lacking in a lot of areas. I guess, I love the series for being something new and different and how it brought us a unique and interesting character of Hua Yong. Huang Xing did a hella of a job portraying this intriguing character. Tbh, he carried the entire show for me. I would rewatch only for the lunatic Enigma Hua Yong.

The difference is that Stubborn has this theme through out the series. The gang-rape was in episode 1. In the…
You're rating a gang rape in terms of toxicity below a persistently pushy guy? Because it only happened once? Like really? Anyway, how did he redeem himself? Did he do time for his crimes? Did he feel remorseful, apologised and compensated his rape victims? Or he just exclaimed that he will no longer rape or order anyone to be gangraped ever again since he has a convenient sub on hand now? No need to answer. It's just a rhetorical question.

That scene was definitely there to underline how fucked up Chi Cheng’s world is and just how dark his personality…
Oh yeah I've decided to drop it. I'm just baffled at the brush-offs of SA and rapes as character flaws. They're criminal actions, not just flaws. All good and well for them that they've changed when they fell in love, but what good deeds did they do to redeem themselves? Did they do time for their crimes? Any apologies or compensations to their past victims etc. ?
I understand completely that they're fictional characters, but I understand also that such evil-doers exists in real life too. To see such characters being swooned over rather than called out is just disturbing to me. But I accept 'to each their own' :)

You think CCheng is less of a red flag/toxic than the guy from my stubborn? Did you skip over the scene where CC took an unwilling guy as a prize for winning a snake fight? Or the scene where he threw the poor guy to a bunch of his underlings to be gangraped? Toxic is actually an understatement. Evil describes CC

You're not the only one. I'm not the only one. Thank goodness. If CC wasn't so hot, people would've correctly labelled him as a deplorable villain instead of a swoon worthy hero

Red/black flags like Hua Yong in ABO desire I can root for. He's a fictional character that can never exist in the real world, therefore he's fun to watch. Evil characters like Cheng do exist in our world and it's horrifying to see he's being romanticised. Unfeelingly, tossing a person, as if he was a piece of meat to a bunch of hungry hyenas to be gang🍇 isn't just immoral, it's pure evil. Yeah, this series is definitely not for me.

Review Revenged Love Spoiler
You lead me astray😩You said ep 1 is comedic bait and I will go "aww" but I went "WTF????" instead. The ML, CC dub-con/non-con/SA/🍇 a boy he won in a snake fight. We didn't see it explicitly, but it was implied. The boy didn't look comfortable being given as a prize. CC then ordered his goons to "play" with that same boy due to an offense against him. WTF???! Whatever that boy did, he did not deserve to be 🍇by 4-5 men! He did not deserve to be 🍇at all!! Nobody does!!! So, how am I supposed to continue this series, when I find the ML a vile monster who deserved jail? How can I wish him a happiness and romance when he caused pain and trauma to another person without hesitation? The 2ML is pretty awful too since he was the one who offered up the boy as a prize. So why are these horrible men get to have happy endings with adorable partners? Where is the justice for that poor boy?

I just finished the series and completely agree with you re: mc. +He didn't really do anything himself with his second chance. He kind of just rode along his super rich boyfriend coattails. I do like Tada I must say and Tada's assistant stole the show for me

I've just watched 7 EPs of this nonsense of a drama. Came to check the reviews to see if I should bother continuing til the end. Your review articulated exactly all my thoughts about this drama. I too found the plot of the show nonsensical, the characters stupid and the romance non-existent. The show didn't get me invested nor cared for any of the characters and their stories. I almost dropped the show when I heard about Jack's parents. Like really? They were really that stupid? I suffered through a couple more episodes too find no improvements. So Imma gonna drop it right here. I'm glad to have read your review.

I agree! Tew was a selfish, self-righteous a**hole! He left his mother for years, didn't want to come back- didn't…
Assisted dying/euthanasia is not murder. It's a request to end pain and suffering. Honestly, if my mother was in great pain and she desperately wanted to leave peacefully I would accept it and be grateful to the doc who could fulfil her wish. I would only be as salty as Tew if I didn't get to say goodbye. I can empathize with Tew in that case. But that wasn't the doc's fault, that was the law's fault.
My own mum was diagnosed with cancer (mouth). The doc said that there would be a greater chance of cure with surgery. Alternative treatments may not completely remove the cancer and she might get an extra year or two to live. I allowed mum to make her own choices. She didn't want to go through the trauma and live in the aftermath of a very invasive surgery. She chose radiation therapy instead. She said, she'd rather live a short, relatively normal life than suffer a long traumatic one. If she only gets a year, then so be it. Her life, her choice. Same as all of Dr. Kan's patients.

Yep. The romance was not romancing for me. I can see the chemistry and feel the tension, but no romantic feelings. Tew was continuously suspicious of doc, there didn't seem to be any room for any other feelings, so that "I love you" at the end there was so out of the blue
