Okay, as a mother, I understand XYY. There is no manual about how to teach your child. There is only people's…
As a daughter, I understand where CSS comes from. Yes, there are no manual about how to teach your kid but you also have to taken in account how she was brought up. Imagine yourself in her shoe. All she knew was that both her parents abandon her at a child to a grandmother and an aunt who hated her so much they want to kill her. All these years, she basically got to fought to survive in this household.

Now that her parents are back, you think the first things they would do is treat her well and give her all the love to make up for their decision. But instead of showing an ounce of motherly affection that XYY now understand that CSS has never experience before all she does was pick and point at her flaws. Imagine that, your mother who you have never seen before, who have never shown you an ounce of affection for suddenly show up and demand that you listen to her and that you respect her.

Putting your child down all the time should never be a way of raising them. It's true children need to understand that there are consequences to things but never only pick at your child and hold another on a pedestal. You should set a good example for your children. But when have XYY ever set a good example for her daughter to see? She was never around. She decided that giving her daughter up was better than giving up her son.

Yes, CSS is also to blame for a lot of things that happen but her mother also hold equal responsibly. Blaming your daughter while praising another in front of her, may I ask why she did this? You clearly saw that your daughter was being framed yet you kept pointing your finger at her head telling her that she was wrong even if she is right. What type of mother would do that?

You know what is funny tho, XYY is hurting but is CSS not also hurting? She is witnessing her mother, the person that gave birth to her, the person that should care about her well being more than anyone else in this world, pick and point at her flaws without even acknowledging her good points. With kids, they only know that people who treat them well are good people. people who treat them badly without an explanation are bad people.

XYY might wanted to be a good mother but she, in reality, is a horrible mother. She might want the best for her child but she is going at it the wrong way. I understand her intention but I disagree with her tactics. Her daughter not her soldiers, if you want her to listen to you, to respect you, to love you, you need to understand her first. XYY never took the time to understand her daughter. Never understood how her daughter view the world around her which is why she fail as a mother to her daughter. While there is no manual to teaching your kids, you should at least understand your child enough to understand which way will work and which will not work.

CSS is a stubborn person but she has a gentle heart. The best way to come around to her is to first show her kindness then slowly engrave your lesson to her. Like the third aunt, why does CSS listen to her more than her mother? It's because the third aunt treat CSS well. Beating her and berating her all the time over the smallest things will not help her understand. Afterall that's what her second aunt and her grandma did to her since she was born. I want to like XYY, don't get me wrong I really do but there is no way I stand with such a person.

With that said, no think I don't know that CSS is not a great person. She is a troublemaking brats. She creates problems more than she solve them. She thinks that she is so smart, smarter than other people. But then again, think back to when you were a kid, which kid was not like that? She needs to be guided into the right path, not beaten into it. She is the type of person that would rather break then bend to someone she does not respect.

On F4 Thailand: Boys over Flowers Dec 20, 2021
So I just watched the first episode and I have got a lot to say about this show. First of all, I feel like this show has a lot of potentials.

The cast is just right. All of the actors and actresses are so natural as if they were their characters and not acting like them. It's not cringy, no overacting.

Tu's interpretation of Goray is something that I love. She doesn't seem stupid and cringy like the other Boy Over Flower. I love that she already knows how the school runs before she stood up against Thyme. It makes her so much cooler and braver. Tu's Goray knows that to survive in the school she has to stay out of Thyme's way and she knows the consequence of getting in his way. She saw it happen with her own to a schoolmate and at that time she chose not to do anything. (Which is such a great choice made by the director and scriptwriter because it makes her character so much more relatable. I mean who would go out of their way and even put their lives in danger to help out someone they don't know.) But when it was her friend who got in trouble with Thyme, she choose to help her friend even though she know that it might result in her getting a red card. It makes her seem so loyal and relatable. Tu might be a new actress but I love how she portrayed Goray. All of her actions in the drama is so natural and it doesn't seem to overact like other interpretation of Boy Over Flower.

Bright as Thyme really amazed me. I watched him in 2gether and loved it. I was super excited to see him as Thyme and he really did not disappoint me. Like Thyme is a horrible guy but there is more to it than meet the eyes. Bright always has that charm in him to play a very good villain character which is the reason why his Thyme has this scary aura around it, unlike the previous version that just looks handsome. His interaction with his mother (how Bright portrays that scene with Cindy) shows you that he wasn't raised in the best environment (as in his family). And again, Bright acting is so natural and not overact.

Now Ren. I love how Ren in this version is actually kind of scary and crazy. I feel like the other version of Ren is nice and gentle towards everyone and well behaved but then it just doesn't make sense for him to be in F4. Like, yes he is different but he can't be a sheep (as in harmless) if he can hang out with wolves (bullies like Thyme). Dew's Ren gives off this dangerous aura around him when he wants people to listen to him. I always feel like this is how Ren should be portrayed. Gentle towards his friends and loved ones but scary and mysterious towards outsiders.

There are other characters that I am looking forwards to watching too such as Thyme's older sister. Thea and Kaning, Goray's best friend. Mira is also a character I'm excited about meeting.

The cinematography is so pleasing to the eyes. I don't know a lot about it so I can't really say anything more than that.

The plot is also very good. I love that while it stays on point with the other version of Boy Over Flower, it offers more. First, the bullying. It's so natural and violating that it seems like bullying. I hope I'm making sense of that. Like the director and scriptwriter did not try to sugarcoat it. And I love that. Next is Goray's decision. I love Goray's stood up towards Thyme to protect her friend, not to protect a random stranger like in the Korean version of Boy Over Flower. It makes so perfect sense. Then I love how Goray, first endured everything up until the point where she can't do it anymore and started to fight back instead of fighting back immediately. It so much depth into their social standing and how the poor can only endure when something happens to them.

As I have said above, this show has a lot of potentials and I'm looking forwards to seeing how it plays out. When I watched the other Boy Over Flower adaptation, my favorite thing to watch for is the second lead couple. So I'm excited to see how Kaning and Kavin's story plays out. I am also looking forward to seeing how our 4 main male leads will change from their assholes self to better human beings. Overall, I am excited about what is to come.

I don't know. I just watch the first episode and while I like both male lead, the female lead kinda annoyed me. She doesn't seem that smart either. I already don't like her

I've read the novel. If they stay faithful like they did with Ten Miles, it's going to be lovely.
I think so too!!

From what I have hear, the book is real and it focuses on Dong Hua and Feng Jiu. It wasn't just as popular as…
I highly doubt they would keep the old actors and actresses too. From what I heard, Barbie Liu is rumored to be Feng Jiu in this drama. It hasn't confirm yet through.

Is this real???!!! Did they really get the same actors,??? Will I really get the happy ending I expect for my…
Most likely not. But I hope they do keep the same actors and actresses. The cast for prequel was quite expensive. I hope they keep Diliruba. She's the best to play the MC.

To be honest it does have a happy ending but it's really vague. The MC almost died and she fell into a coma while the ML found out he has a son with her. And that's where the book ending.

When I watch dramas I usually have more than one bottle of water. I eat whatever I could get my hand on. Usually, it's from the Three Squirrels company. You know the one that was shown on Love O2O. It's actually really good.
