Because Arm doesn't have the same student ID as Yeepun, its unique for each student, same for Yotha not having the same student ID as Arm. Every student in a Thai university has a unique student ID number, normally its a lot of numbers but maybe because they are all in the same faculty (but different departments inside it) they can get away with just using four digits.
Yeepun's student ID likely ends in 0498, so she knew it was her when her number was pulled that would be the mentor for Arm, Arm's was likely 0775, etc.
