Aww, that's sad. You could try to fill out their request form (https://vikiinc.wufoo.com/forms/title-request-form/) but I don't know if they will make it available it in your country. It might be available to people with QC status (people who has contributed either 3000 segments or subtitles) as well as QC trainees (contributed 1000 segs or subs, then ask a channel manager to make you a trainee).
