LSA is a very empathetic, compassionate and forgiving person. She does not strive for conflict at all costs, but she can bite back when needed. She is not looking for revenge, despite what happened in the opening episodes, she quickly forgave ML and gave up her vendetta. If she hadn't been broken by the news that she had cancer and could die within three months, she would never have dared to stand up to her boss or anyone else. She hadn't done him any physical harm either, they were more of a child's play. Thanks to her character, she was able to fall in love with ML, she felt his pain, felt sorry for him, forgave him and began to like him despite his visible flaws. He, on the other hand, saw her in a completely different light, for the first time he saw a woman in her, he saw her protectiveness and loyalty towards her family and neighbors as well as towards him. He did not spare her and she stayed with him, and here I am not talking only about the last few weeks, but about the whole period when they worked together.
I just realized something. In the episode where ML and FL first kissed at this event, ML later watched a drama at home and recalled memories of their kiss, imagining that he and LSA were the main couple. I may be wrong but I think he watched Jugglers, you know the drama where the boss and the perfect secretary fall in love with each other. Was he looking for some advice?
I really like this drama. It brings back my memories from a few years ago. When confessing his feelings, ML behaved similarly to my boyfriend a few years ago, extremely shy and nervous, he had problems with taking the first step, but I must point out that we were 14 years old then, haha and not much has changed after 11 years :)
I hate the ending of this drama, I prefer the ending of use for my talent much more, although the story itself in this version is better in my opinion.
Most ML employees want revenge for the way he treated them, they hate him and hope he will suffer, they don't feel sorry for him, but none of them would go that far and decide to kill him. Threats, revenge in any other way is acceptable for them, they want to hurt him, scare him but not kill him, and these secretaries are an example here. The rest of the criminals are closely related to each other, it's not that at one point several people accidentally decided to kill him at the same time, the guy is not a mafia boss. I think they were all manipulated in some way by Secretary Jo as we saw in episode 14, the guy is like Machiavelli. He's a fox and a lion, he knows where to press someone to make it hurt and make them do things they wouldn't normally do. The only question is who is Jo and what he has to do with NGJ. In this case, we have to look more into the past of NGJ, it is possible that only the last two episodes will give us a specific answer and there is nothing to look for in the previous episodes because we have not yet received any clue as to why he manipulated the OSG (and sent him an anonymous letter), persuaded the other fired employee to the attempted murder of NGJ (I think a stalker is his job too) and why he works for BSY as a secretary even though he has money and an established position. The second option is that Jo is somehow related to BSY's ex-husband, she has been in love with NGJ for 12 years, maybe the husband wants revenge on him and has some connections with Jo, although it all feels more personal to Jo. The third option is that Jo has some unhealthy toxic love with BSY and wants to kill NGJ so that there are no more obstacles in their path. Jo can work for her to keep an eye on her and be close. It would make sense to look at the way he treats her. The fourth option is to work with BSY's father, maybe he wants to get rid of NGJ from his daughter's life forever, but I am not entirely convinced by this. Jo knew NGJ was engaged but hadn't told BSY before, wanting her to see the scene with her own eyes, it was a much bigger shock for her and she didn't have time to mentally prepare herself. By this I think the key to this whole affair is the BSY-NGJ relationship and its subsequent aftermath. Everything else, like the sister thing, is just another tool to kill him.

We already know that all the threats directed at ML are spiderwebs well crafted by the secretary. Most of the bad guys have been manipulated by the secretary to get back at ML. But who is the secretary? Well the title is crazy love ... maybe he is in love with BSY, he works as a secretary to be close to her but it doesn't really make any sense.
Well maybe he is ML's brother? Although it seems most likely that he is working with the father of BSY but on the other hand what for? He's got money, social position ect. So why is he working as BSY's secretary? Unless he has anything to do with BSY's husband, we don't know much about him, she has been devoted to ML for 12 years, maybe he'll take revenge. But who is this stalker? She also has to be somehow related to Secretary Jo, this is not a "dead sister" I think they are two different people. On reflection, I think it goes deeper and we need to look more into ML's past. I do not think that Secretary Jo , had something to do with OSG's dead sister, I think it's just another manipulated tool to kill ML.
