Well...
What more can I say? I love this series. Hands Down is JoongDunk's best bl and the more adult characters fit them perfectly. Dunk has also improved. The story itself was interesting, it's a shame PepperJJ wasn't developed more. Honestly, this series deserves a few more episodes, especially at the very beginning, madly in love was too fast which I completely understand because they had to fit everything into 12 episodes. The only thing I would change is for them not to drag out the story with the mother until the last episode, and put something else in its place.I think it's my new comfort series.

What can I say...?
I guess the whole adventure with this series can be summarized as follows:1. The series is garbage.
2. The characters are assholes.
3. The script is mehh.
4. 8/10 - yes, I don't know why either... collective hypnosis of the audience, because apart from the fact that the actors are handsome, nothing makes sense.
The phenomenon of why we watch it should be studied.

This Drama Had Potential But Missed the Mark
So... I want to start by saying that my issue isn't really with the character played by Park Seo-ham. I actually like him a lot as an actor and he was honestly the main reason I started watching Our Universe in the first place. That being said, the real problem for me is the way the story arc is developing. The more episodes I watched, the more frustrating it became, and at some point it also just started feeling boring. Another thing that really made the experience worse for me is the FL’s storyline. Her decisions, and the way the story keeps going in circles around the same emotional beats, have become frustrating. Instead of moving the plot forward in an interesting way, it feels like the drama just keeps dragging things out.
What disappoints me the most, though, is the direction the writers chose for the plot. Instead of focusing on the incredibly heavy and meaningful situation the characters are actually in, the drama keeps pushing the love triangle, and that’s honestly the least interesting part of the story. These characters suddenly have to deal with grief after losing people close to them, and at the same time they basically become parents overnight to a very young child who just lost their own parents. That’s such a powerful and emotional premise. Watching two people trying to navigate grief, responsibility, and learning how to become a mother and father for a child in completely new circumstances could have been incredibly deep and meaningful storytelling.
Instead, the drama seems much more interested in dragging out the love triangle and giving the SML a huge amount of screen time. Tbh, it almost feels like he has more presence in the story than the actual ML, which makes the whole thing feel… unbalanced, for lack of a better word.
The story would honestly make much more sense at this point to me if the FL and the SML ended up together and there was no romantic connection between the main ML and the FL at all or maybe the SML could have just been a close friend with FL... someone whose presence triggers a bit of jealousy in ML and helps him realize his feelings for the FL. (Yes, it’s cliché, I know, but honestly it would still be better than what we have right now) instead of forcing a love triangle that takes away from the much more interesting emotional core of the story.
I really do like Park Seo-ham and I wanted to keep watching for him but the way the story is unfolding just isn’t working for me. At this point it feels more frustrating than enjoyable, so unfortunately I think I’m going to drop this drama.

criminal offensive side eye
I was exhausted after watching this series. Jade is annoying, he behaves like a 4 year old... Who created such a character? Mai? What did he see in Jade? Love is blind but damn. Jade is a good person but also incredibly annoying it hurts. I would give him a business card to a good psychiatrist. I love TutorYim but give them better scripts. I believe they can deliver but they don't have the opportunity to shine. Was this review helpful to you?
Sometimes, love is not enough ... Are you sure about this?
This drama is about people and their everyday problems that they cannot cope with. Each person has a story, each person will deal with their problems differently. For some people a given issue will be only a tiny fraction of their lives, for others this small problem will be the whole world.Tomorrow shows a wide range of problems that millions of people around the world have to deal with on a daily basis, despite the fantasy element, each of us can actually relate to it, we can look at a given problem from every point of view and realize that our words and deeds have great power. Thanks to them, we can make someone happy or destroy someone, and this is a great responsibility that we carry on our shoulders every day without even realizing it.
Sometimes an innocent joke, a stupid comment made on the spur of the moment or making a life decision at an inappropriate, ill-considered moment can have a huge impact on our or someone else's life and we will have to live with the consequences of our actions and sometimes no matter how much we want to turn back time, how much regret our deeds, we cannot go back in time and change our fate.
This is what this drama teaches us, everything happens for a reason, everything we do in life matters, we - all of us - are valuable and each of us has a power that we should use wisely. The power that each of us has is free will and the ability to make decisions. So before we take any action, before we express any opinion, before we do something, we must think carefully and consider what impact our path will have on us and on others. Each of us has our own problems, each of us got the so-called mustard seed so you have to remember that you are not really alone.

why?
Watch at your own risk. It was just bad. I was excited and ended up disappointed. I couldn't really get through the first episode, I didn't want to let it go so quickly and I gave it a chance so I continued to episode 4 or 5 but I couldn't go any further and in my case it really rarely happens when I don't watch a story to the end because I don't like leaving things unfinished. In this case... no. I'm sorry. Was this review helpful to you?
Let's talk about it
I wanted fluff and something heartwarming full of green flag characters and I got exactly what I expected and needed. Also Auau hidden diamond in this series, green flag but in such a bad boy style that was a great counterbalance to the rest of the characters in the series. ThomasKong are sweet but AuauSave these two have great potential and I hope DMD will use it because their dynamic is really cool. Was this review helpful to you?
