I’ll try to understand why she did that. Imagine if your only companions were your maids, and then you finally meet someone from outside your courtyard. I think any lonely person would try to make a connection, or even fall in love with someone who shows them a bit of kindness.

I think once they discover she is not part of the Luo Family, that’s when things will take off. It seems like that’ll happen in episode 27. I’m enjoying the drama, but we need some action soon! lol

Honestly, I wish he had more romantic lead roles. He’s not the kind of actor who catches your eye right away, but there’s something about his aura that’s so intriguing and captivating. I definitely want to see him in more leading roles.

Mei mei is the FL, but she’s afraid to admit to him that it was her because of what happened to her at the cliff. She was being chased and was told it was the Marquise that wanted her dead. However, that was not true. He never wanted to hurt her.
