actually I only asked because I was wondering if they are the main couple. So yes to me it matters. So if they knew each other in college why didn't he recognise her? although I understand why she wanted to lose it before she lost her sight, it seemed like she couldn't see before they had sex. From what I've seen it seems like she didn't like him (years later) if it was a random hook up why even bother to hate him?
