I never leave comments, but this one is forcing me to leave one behind. I cried in almost every episode, but the last episode broke my heart into pieces. I'm sobbing. The death of Gwan Sik is too much for me to handle. Since childhood, I have read stories that end on the note" They lived happily ever after ". But this drama actually shows what the ever after is like ...the journey of life they went through was never meant to be easy, but it was meant to involve relying on each other while facing the hardships in life. Their story broke my heart into a million pieces....it makes me feel heartbroken, even though I have never been in love before. This really changed my perspective on life. Life was never meant to be lived happily ever after, life has ups and downs, laughter and sadness, if you find life too hard to live, don't worry everyone is going through the same thing. Take some time, get back on track. We are not competing against anyone. Live a life that makes you feel contented and worth living. Hardships are common, but overcoming those hardships was what made it worthwhile. When you look those days and feel I really tried my best in my worst days of my life. Life may not always be spring but it does have winter. That's what makes life complete. Accept all your shortcomings and try to mould them to better. Becoming the best version of ourselves is what matters in the end. This drama is the reason why I pay my Netflix subscription.
