I am assuming most of you have watched Prisoner of Love.
According to you guys….who is the most tragic Character Wao Shao or Nan Heng?

Me personally i think Nan Heng is a more tragic character . It’s better to lose your parent and use their image as a guide to succedd…rather than have them torture you from the moment you are born…and obssessively aiming at your demise

Lin yitong i really love you as an actress who can pull off serious roles and comedic roles but for the love of God ….stop judging poor nen heng😭😂
We all know shes jaded by the original script but come on😭

They have great chemistry….both leads are able to seperate comedic scenes and romantic scenes

Give it time….it slowly starts to go away…keep in mind she’s only seeing one version of him…so she needs time to realize that nen heng’s care is genuine and not a ploy for him to manipulate her into something that’s gone harm her

Yes but the FL in POB knew why he was the way he was. The FL here is jaded by the way he acted with her in the first script…he married her, cheated on her with her sister, was abusive and then basically abandoned her and chose her sister. So people need to understand why its so hard for her to move on from his original personality…he has to show genuine care of her and empathy as nen heng in order for her to look at him with in a different light

Give it time..it’s only 10 episodes in.
You have to give the FL a break…you are forgetting her impressions of nen heng is him attempting to kill her back to back. She has not seen the sides that we have all seen. But i think eventually what will happen is that she will probably start wondering if the masked character is nen heng due to prob similarities. Maybe later episodes she may accidentally see the scars of the burn he got when he was rescuing her from the fire. We’ll see.

I think the other scripwriter making changes while story continues unfolding..is the actor that plays the ML in modern times. Maybe he’s been transferred into the script like the FL lead has…which could def explain the scene where she goes and jump hugs and kisses nen heng in her modern clothing ? Or maybe that scene is just her day dreaming once she returns in the future. We will see ig

I like the actress but i cant stomach her character here to the point that i am getting annoyed with the ML showing any interest in her. I love watching CZY but i have dropped this drama.
Looking forward to his other drama coming up

i have a feeling its gone air out in April... they're gone let one C-drama follow the white olive tree drama and then maybe air this... i doubt they're gone release back to back Cdramas of Chen Zhe Yuan

They prob put him on a lean diet because if you notice with the shirt off hes very ripped…even though its expected as hes very thin but i do like the shape of his body they have enhanced certain area that do give illusion of expandature eventhough he’s very thin. They should have made him eat more protein. Keep in mind hes prob skinny by nature and its prob much harder for him to bulk up rathen than lean out

This drama better not ruin Lin Yun rui’s momentum. If its getting so much negative press then the director should either change the FL or make sure the dynamics are not romantic and the relationship is platonic

They literally mention that in the drama when he does physically test…that hes very robust eventhough he’s skinny. I do think they need to push up on the musscle mass increase…but chen zheyuan is very charming and sells his role well…i do think he should put on more muscle mass but regardless he’s a joy to watch

you can nurture the crown prince as much as you can but if the enemies still lye within... you kind of have to remove those enemies. One thing i never understood about kingdoms and monarchies is that many times the kings go with the oldest rather than the most capable. however both princes appeared to be pawns in their parent's game in preserving their power and handing it to their offspring. I guess they choose the oldest so the brothers don't end up killing each other to obtain power giving room to outside to have an attempt to obtain that power.

I do feel bad for the empress... but once u start killing people left and right to maintain that power... my sympathy goes out out the window. Someone doesn't just start slaughtering people if they don't have hints of evil within them.
because she's just as cruel as him. And they're both equally cruel... lets not forget the King gave the decree to slaughter all the men they had captive by the dock near the boat so the investigation can close.
Song Mo on the other hand showed restraint even though he had experienced direct loss from the people that were caught... and the king just issued a decree ending all their lives .

however, lets not forget In the first episode song mo showed signs of cruelness too to obtain
his revenge as well also on Ep 5 when he wanted to kill the entire population in the INN so
no one discovered the existence of the baby.
( I don't know lol i feel conflicted... cause we all love song mo and he showed cruel tendencies... so ig ill give the benefit of the doubt to the empress as well) The king too....but i feel that if he was more open about his plan to the few people he trusted... so many people would not have died but at the same time... i think that's the purpose of the plan... to have the enemies expose themselves) but the plan was not great... cause too many parts were depended on other's people's decisions.... he was lucky that Song Mo took his side and not Prince Ming's as he did on the first episode (due to deception never the less) he would have died lol if Song Mo had made the same decision again. (but that's more of the script issue and not the king's lol)
