Actually he says "I loved you" to the princess who was besides her, not her. To lady Hae he said she was the mirror he saw himself in... Because they both loved someone who would never love them back, who they would never be able to make them theirs.
So yeah, what was supposed to be a great second lead couple, especially after him saying she was the one he truly liked or cared about... Turned out like that. The guy never forgot the princess.

WTW.. I liked it but I had to get used to it. At first it seemed too much forced and I didn't enjoy the comedy... but then I got to appreciate it, and the second season was even easier for me to enjoy. Maybe it's too soft, or maybe it's bc I really like SeonHo but wasn't able to watch him as ML often.. I liked it even more.

The second couple was what gave me motivation to keep watching it, actually. Before them, it felt very boring. After the 18th episode, the main guy and the main couple itself started to be really interesting, they grew on me. But this didn't need 36 eps at all.

I also feel the 1st season could be a whole drama by itself if done okay and not rushed in the end. Because this is the middle season and those are usually boring, they tried to make it intense and interesting, but the drama lost its path. What was I watching? I didn't even know. I believe it could have been done a bit better if it was released as a 50 ep drama or just 2 seasons of 25 eps each. It could at least have a concrete plot that way!
In the 1st season, you have a beginning + middle + ending; here it's just messy, full of things just to fill time and twists after twists which actually go no where... also, full of cliches. The drama gets better in the 2nd half because of that, it gets a path to go.
I also disliked how there aren't character improvements here. When you start liking a character and think he's changing, then he goes right back to the beginning. We don't want anyone perfect, not at all. But are people all that limited? It bugged me.

OMG THANK YOU. I ask the same thing. I wasn't the only one getting confused then. But no one is talking about it lol I reached a conclusion where they'd somehow skipped the scene in the middle to the past and them there would be a new broadcast, but wouldn't it be spoiling things up about whether they caught the killer or not? They could also kept recording in the room but it's just weird... the charmain shuts everything down BUT the detective doesn't even notice or blink? He just keeps talking, and cameras recording? It's just weird..

It probably has few watchers because eng subs weren't provided. I wanted to watch it but now looked everywhere & couldn't find it.

I meant the remake chinese version. Siwon's character was more neutral, I liked to see him there. But in the china version the guy goes really over the top on my POV.

Love triangles is also a no no for me xDDDD I usually don't get SLS tho because I know right away who she will end up with (unless they want to mess with us)... What I do is.. wanting the 2nd lead to myself xDDD As for she was pretty... I really liked the SL at first but his pranks and behavior started to annoy me around the middle ><
I want to watch True Beauty to get the closure the webtoon doesn't have. The webtoon nowadays it's really lame, it's going nowhere. At least from when I stopped, which it was on the 133rd chapter.

Same, I enjoy the process of them starting dating and then lose interest unless there's something more to it - before it used to be those misunderstanding-break up cliches we grew to hate, now it's mostly second couples. But I do enjoy steamy and nice scenes too, just don't want to feel everything is dragging a lot.
So I'm enjoying the 2nd couple and getting excited for them while I never felt the same for the main guys.. because of him getting immediately into her. And srsly, the story of the 2nd couple is so interesting. It could be the main one and I wouldn't complain!
As for the height difference, it never really upset me because I didn't notice as much but on this drama it's so obvious. They usually try to mask it as if she was a bit taller and all, but they do whole scenarios and it shows how tall he is aka how short she is in comparison.

Yeah, not expecting much about them when it comes to that, but let's see..and SAMEEE, that would be worse. I can't relate XD

Ive just watched the cdrama remake of she was pretty... and damn, it was worse than I thought. I chose a childhood sweethearts for 2 consecutive times xD

They are - especially after they started dating -, but I like how relationships "build up" you know? So I didn't enjoy how he knew and loved her right from the start, I didn't feel anything ^^"

Same. 12 eps would be enough for me. After ep. 10 I got bored of the plot and the unnecessary twists, especially considering the villain was pretty obvious.

I laughed SO HARD when the dad went to buy a stroller. The best moment of the drama probably. So damn funny! And I loved to see a fellow Cassiopeia in her prime <3 Also featuring those horrible and old hairstyles they had at the beginning :P

I wasn't sure about this when I watched the 1st episode, but from the 2nd onwards it just got better and better. It's a slice of life drama with a lot of comical scenes, I watched all in the Christmas Eve.
