Nice in-betweener between bigger dramas. Just four episodes, entertaining but predictable. Enough time to get a story done without overlong circular plot filler.
I could have watched paint dry and been only marginally less entertained. On the other hand the paint drying has a better plot and more realistic story arc.
The accident coordinator like goes out of the way to make the car accidents ridiculous. Opening accident was silly. Now comes the inevitable pedestrian accident. Once again a hero grabs a pedestrian about to get hit and cowers down in the path of the vehicle waiting and interminable amount of time for impact. They literally could have shared a coffee before the little truck got there. Just once I'd like to see the hero push someone out of the way and keep running as well. Not sure why I even tagged this as a spoiler...you know it's going to happen just like this.
Midway through and it's starting to drag. The mystery and intrigue has been replaced by cotton candy scenes and the FL always amped up to 10 is exhausting.
Kim Mi Kyung is able to save most of the scenes she is in. One or two minor characters occasionally display normal human intellect and responses. Some of the scenes look nice. The rest is really painful to watch.
It's dark. It's cold. There's all kinds of scum on this pond. Shall we go swimming? Sure!
Ep 20...another quick flashback of the street beat down. Must be at least 100+ overall.
