I've been thinking a lot about the ending scene. When Jaeyi sits on the roof, we clearly hear the sound of footsteps…
this is how I perceived the ending as well. it was such a tragic ending it made me cry unexpectedly. they struggle so much in life individually until they finally met to have these feelings & experiences for the first time with one another. When they are together at last..it was as if the opportunity for their love was stripped away. She was left with nothing. it’s tragic, so when I seen her smile at “Hongrang” & turn around. then the snowy winter field was present with him…I knew that was it. The show was dark but beautifully executed. I only wish we could’ve had a few more episodes because there were a couple areas that felt rushed or it wasn’t touched on enough. Love this perception of yours!
