I’ve been searching for a good BL to watch. I gotta say, this is ticking my box. I absolutely love how they’re relationship is growing intimacy-wise and I love the contrast of how bothered Hioki gets and how unbothered Watari is 😂😂😂😂

I should have trusted the comments and stayed away. I thought I would at least be rewarded with some steamy scenes which is Yan Zi Xian’s specialty but I got absolutely nothing from this. The first scene is click bait.

I kinda guessed this from the first episode when he wished his love would return and we saw it was a book of recipes.

I cried too. First for me and I have seen and loved a lot of xianxia dramas/couples.

I love how they let the main characters spend enough time together unlike other shows that’s why when they are apart it feels so wrong.

Why do people raise their children spoiled and are even proud to say it (Xu’s daughter)? I don’t find their characters cute at all. They’re mostly stupid, reckless and unreasonably entitled. There are so many characters in period dramas like this.

I get that the phone alone won’t stand as evidence as it can be faked but there was a transfer record. They just messed up that scene.

I just don’t get why he should pay that traitor any money. He could have recorded the conversation and presented as evidence. Is there no surveillance in the clinic?

Why is Gina written as main role? She’s barely in this. Should have been guest role. And no, I’m not even looking for romance but sometimes I forget she’s in the series.

Episode 6. I really can’t continue watching this. The FL is such a pushover. Goodness! Did she owe her best friend in her previous life?

To be honest, I find the seven sects quite annoying. There’s no accountability at all. How can several people go missing and no one even notices or tries to find out. It’s just so annoying. That’s why they keep dying. They don’t seem to care to plan ahead or take measures.

Liu Jun (Wang Shuo) got dumped by Chi Cheng and left to become a capable soldier in Legend of the Female General 😆😆

I like Zhang LingHe but I really don’t think I can watch this. I dropped after the second episode yesterday, came back today to give it another chance. Watching the third episode but struggling with the plot. Why is the FL so into the ML? It’s not like they had a deep and undying love when they were little. I know the theme is supposed to be about family and friendship but something just doesn’t click for me.

This was amazing!!!! I just binged watched it’s almost 4am. It’s definitely going on my rewatch list.
