It’s really crazy. Even some western cultures have this type of dynamic. I’ve dated guys that are so attached to what their parents demands that it makes any type of relationship almost impossible. I really think the parents here are being excessive. No one has the full story except the male lead. He is the only one that knows how imperfect his brother was. I think that’s why he is holding on to the fl so tightly and putting up with so much from the parents. I’m believe that he will eventually cut his mother out of his life. She is not good for his mental health. Period.
