S-Alpha's are a thing in other Omegaverse's , B tier I don't remember seeing in the Omegaverse's I've read, I've only ever seem S-Alpha, and just normal Alpha's, but there could be a b-tier and if not the writer could put it in if they so wish.
As for the smell, yes there are differnt kinds of scents in Omegaverse's. I have read one that has fruity smells and I think it had floral aswell in it, not 100%, but I have read another one that had that in it.
It just depends on the writer and what they want their world to be to, how they want it to flow with all that.
