Dramafever picks it up and it has good subs. If you're not subscribed to DF, then your best luck to have good subs is either requesting other streaming (dramanice, fastdrama, etc) sites to update their sub or to download softsubs from dramafever here: https://subscene.com/subtitles/lost-love-in-times
